It was a sort of a tongue in cheek remark as nowadays the top four always seem to win it but some other I forget the name won it a couple of years ago

I thought because we had no money we had to play home grown players. I dont recall too many young players playing regularly in the side last season although some had a few games like White and Thompson who went on Loan.

Delldays has consistently said that our squad is one of the best if not best in the League and should have performed better. I agree with him and hope that we will start to play well and win regularly. I think it maybe because managers are successful they obviously stay for longer it does not mean if they stay for longer they get more successful. If they dont they leave so if Pardew is successful he will stay.
