  1. I'd say Gabbi's a pretty one-dimensional striker. Don't get me wrong: what he does well, he does excellently. But unless we're playing the ball quickly to his feet and consistently picking out his runs off the shoulder, he doesn't offer very much.
  2. Won't be missed west of Maidstone.
  3. Not if the saints social media team have anything to do with things.
  4. They won't go but would shed no tears if the likes of Hoedt and the dreadfully overrated Hojbjerg walked.
  5. We’ve switched formations and surrendered any kind of attacking impetus from CM to protect the defense. That’s why goals will be at a premium while we are forced to carry it. City didnt get out of second gear today and lacked urgency and intensity. They have world-class players though not necessarily ones to exploit the aerial and physical soft spots of our defense.
  6. Every team can complain about late goals (last 10mins) - in fact we’re far from the worst offenders. I count 12 sides with worse records than us: http://www.soccerstats.com/table.asp?league=england&tid=j
  7. Couldn’t give two f**ks about the score but hopefully the goal is a reminder that Stephens and the defense are not good enough. To be beaten by a long, flat ball like that is criminal, especially when you were warned mins earlier.
  8. There's only room for one Les at the club. Make of that what you will.
  9. Wrong that's not what he did here. He initially went with a pretty attacking 4-4-2 in reaction to MP's system and only reverted to 3 CBs after the horrorshow against West Ham.
  10. Thanks mods
  11. What do you think of Wanyama pal?
  12. It’s was good against Spurs for about 15mins, then it was ****.
  13. One too many weetabix this morning, little fella? #triggered
  14. The reality is that much of the immigration with which EU citizens are concerned has less to do with FoM and much more to do with issues such as non-EU immigration, the refugee crisis, Islam, multiculturalism and pace of change generally. Doesn’t suit the jihadi agenda but not a lot does at the moment
  15. They've been worth challengers to our net spend crown but fallen short there too. #wonfûckall
  16. Welcome to SWF. Where are you from pal?
  17. For net spend champions?
  18. Charlie up to his old tricks again? Multiposting - I thought it was only for the freaks on the UI?
  19. Well the players around Tadic changed - losing Mane and Pelle massively hurt him. And let's not whitewash Tadic's contribution under Koeman. He was a streaky player and was frequently dropped because he often went missing in games.
  20. Oh dear, the maidstone moraliser is having a mare
  21. Stephens better than Maguire and Mawson  Jesus H Christ, we have some whoppers on this place.
  22. As i said on the other thread: Man City's biggest winning goal margin this season is 6 (Watford); they've also won by 5 goals against Liverpool, Palace, Stoke and Swansea. Their average winning margin is 2 goals. Of course Swansea also have to deliver on their side: they've not scored in the past four games, are the joint lowest scorers in the league and actually concede two goals for every goal they score, though they did beat West Ham by three goals earlier on in the season. Freak events do occur -hell clueless Dalek's prediction of 17th might be correct for once; but a 10 goal swing is beyond even that pale.
