You need to be eating the right stuff at the right time, getting the right rest and doing the right exercises. You will also plataeu if you do the same routine over n over. Plus too much cardio will inhibit muscle growth. (Ive been through the same problems) What is a typical routine ?

Yes it probably was patronizing, apologies. I was a little more than ****ed off after the game. Regardless, except for the timescales I can easily compete with the **** swinging contest if I had too, but Im not really that interested. Opinions opinions I suppose, they really were not fouls unless the game has now moved into such a low that the brush of an arm constitutes a foul, the second surely wasnt, the first is debateable but having watched it again really isnt. Both times lovren failed to adequately shield the ball, attempted to win a freekick and failed in a basic task. As a coach you could question his need to be there in the first place but regardless he was and had to do better.

We do it to overload and create options for passing opportunities, unfortunately without someone of VW's physical prescence and MS' pure athleticism we are vunerable on the counter. Our all out possession play causes problems too when teams start pressing higher and we fail to find space in behind.

FWIW FF I do agree, our possession play at all costs leads us into mistakes too often. I think that sometimes you need to realise once the opposition start pressing high it allows space to open up in behind which we simply do not exploit and yes means that we play our way into trouble

They pressed us very well second half and Lambert ran out of steam, we didnt have the two or three options we are used to playing with. Dissapointingly nothing was changed and our midfield wasnt desructive enough. Clyne was very poor, lovren just lost his head completely I think.

Yes, ericsson always was quality, underutilised IMO, wonderful little player. Whilst I agree, JWP cost us nothing and is a good player played out of position, ericsson wouldnt have looked much better in DM today

Im sorry but if you are honestly saying that they were free kicks then its either a long long time since you have played the game or you never have. Very very poor from Lovren, he had to be stronger there. His body was in the way both times, you stand up and either move the ball on or clear the danger, not attempt to win cheap free kicks

Lovren and clyne were poor, spurs tightened up second half and took up a higher defensive line and pressed more. Sucked up space and stopped us operating in their half. They started man marking Lambert aswell. Poor really, we bottled it
