Im really not going to get into this arguement with you on here Pap. Its more like; You should question anything to a point of reason, at which point it appears that probability and feasability of an action from which the outcome is not worth the potential damage caused by realisation of the actual responsible body then it is a reasonable assumption that there was no alterior motive.

The 'who's been rejected for season ticket finance' thread
Smirking_Saint replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
They should have tried not to get into that situation in the first place I would say and attempt to get savings behind them. It is difficult. The banks now have tightened up a lot more than they were (good thing). But payday loans IMO are the absolute worst thing you can do. The interest rates are phenominal and for most financial insititutions turning to these shows financial desperation. I have always be one that preaches from the, if you cant afford it dont get it camp. Everytime you apply for credit, whether you take it or not, it will affect your credit rating. -

JWP & Cody Cropper take on the world (u-20s World Cup)
Smirking_Saint replied to MOSaint's topic in The Saints
Its not exactly that easy crabs, Henderson and Rodwell are certainly decent players anyway. Personally I couldnt give a flying f^ck about England until they kick out those at the top, stop focussing on money over success and look at successful European models which show a real emphesis on gelling teams through the tournaments in their respective age groups. -
He is indeed, knocks are one thing though Dunc, Im not overly worried yet BTW but he is picking them up a lot

JWP & Cody Cropper take on the world (u-20s World Cup)
Smirking_Saint replied to MOSaint's topic in The Saints
No because they have complete confidence in themselves. They build a team at the lowest youth level and play the same system all the way through enduring the players gel and understand that system. I reckon you could put nearly any of there players from any level into any team and they would function with little coaching. Basically the opposite of England -
Thought the same, said to someone the other day that Shaw is much more of the bridge mould than that of Bale I.E A defender first and foremost. Im also a little concerned at the rate of which he seems to pick up injuries but there you go. You can get a solid enough LB, I disagree entirely with Mikey. Of course you require all areas of the team to be strong and so balanced you really do not build a team around a LB. Decent strikers are v hard to find, as good as Rickie is I think if we had a top 10 striker on board of the likes of Michu, Benteke or Lukaku then we would have been in a much stronger position.

Id like to say Wanyama, but that would restrict Morgan to just the break up play he does well but mot the box to box role he is improving. Benega is basically an improved Cork, the deep lying playmaker, Cork does well but doesnt have Benegas range of passing, but would allow Morgs to run rampant. Naingolan I think resembles Morgan more, and so as much as Id love him he would be my third choice. With respect though in the words of a 2002 Ian Wright, Id be creaming over any of these

F^ckers Fwiw I think Turks, bear, scotty, trousers, kraken, Weston, Taj, Window, Chez All of which I like in their own respect, without a bit of banter this place would be lifeless, but also many of these guys I find know what their on about, and no I dont always agree with you, I know I have had a few discussions with the like of Taj, but I can always see where people are coming from, and aslong as people respect both sides of an arguement then fair play. Turks, respect me b!tch or Im getting a new forum bessie

QPR 33/1 to win Championship with Stan James online
Smirking_Saint replied to TopGun's topic in The Lounge
33/1 on qpr is a v good bet IMO -
Well that is certainly bull, HIIT training is v v good for weight loss, of course if your still eating like a fatboy bloater then you are probably going to struggle but if you bash out around a 6-700 calorie session then thats effectively a meal you have eradicated. As per Bodybuilding, I am really not so sure, there is only so much new muscle your body can build at a time, and there are things I have read over the course of the past year or two that point to the fact anything over an hour and your gains severely deteriorate. Therefore IMO you are far better off finding an hour of your life and work hard in it. Step down ? Not really. You could have used the marathon training analogy where you have to train for hours but thats entirely different. If your trying to lose weight, just dieting IMO is v hard
-
I think the OP was talking about losing weight, not a desire to make yourself out of proportion due to fully inflexible and unfunctionable muscle. Besides, I have been reading a fair amount of evidence which points to the fact that after around an hour you are wasting your time and lets face it the majority of time spent by BBs in the gym is looking in the mirror and talking ! So Ill agree to disagree, anything other then specific training (BB/marathon) then you are wasting your time over an hour

Thats exactly what Im saying yes
