True, like i said before, you and steve can actually build a proper arguement TBF and see both sides. I can see the good and bad points, but where as you and steve are on the slightly against NC side of the fence i am on the other thats all. Unfortunately some on here continually troll with the anti NC rants every 5 minutes no matter what it is thats happened and ignore the good points.

True For me i notice the long ball a lot mind, and although i didn't go to every game last season i think quite a large majority we played the long ball, not that it is a bad thing with lambo upfront as like i said it works. My point really was that we need a like for like replacement for Lambo so they could lead the line in his absence.

Even look at Jaidi and Fonte at this level, tbf Fonte especially are pretty good footballing CB's for a league one defence.

TBF, i agree with a little of what he says about AP. And IMO he is a big manager at this level and one i wouldn't change as he has the teams respect etc. I do however worry about his inability to adapt to any match changing tactics at times. As for Southamptons title aspirations, it will be an absolute disaster to not be promoted this year.

Mine to i am afraid. I reckon if there is an ounce of doubt the judge will align with PFC with his mind on the pompey community.

Obviously Lamberts goals will be an issue if they are not scored. IMO you are correct to an extent, however it is more the other side of his game that Lambert brings to the team. Pardew seems incapable of changing his tactics to anything other than hoof it towards the forwards, a method which works 90% of the time with the human battering ram that is Rickie, that is why we need a replacement big lump, so that we can continue with this tactic which TBF does work at this level. Its a shame though because you look at the technical ability of the players in all positions and i see no reason why if the long ball was not an option we couldn't move into a slick passing game.

Ok, saying you have an agenda is probably a bit strong and i apologise. But we all know that the whole pro/anti cortese thing is getting people all a bit antagonised atm, for me a lot just seems more to beat the chairman with, he ain't perfect but IMO he doesn't deserve quite as much flak. God i can't wait until Plymouth rolls around.

Be careful, AP got one of the Hob Nob Forumers banned from Reading training as he used to religiously post tactics, formations and line ups etc. If AP hasn't changed you should be able to spot his line up at the end as they will be wearing a certain colour bib
