Ask what the ambitions are for the next five years within the club Based on the answer they give, ask how they intend to do it? What is the strategy? Ask how they see the team playing, style of play high pressing pushing up? Is style of play part of the southampton way? If so where has it gone in the last 2 years? Ask if they intend to be part of england would cup 2030 bid, wich would mean all stadium improvement expantion costs would be covered.
