  1. GM once again endearing himself to people with his vast knowledge and... err.. cultured(?) responses.
  2. Interesting? It could be blooming exhilarating! let's just try and keep our feet on the ground though. aaaah feck it, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!
  3. For some reason, maybe just me being me, I can't understand what I may have to pay for a season ticket for my 7 year old and I in the family centre. Can anyone enlighten me? The prices look good and I may just have to bite the bullet and stump up!
  4. Were we officially taken over yesterday? Which was a. . err . . Wednesday?
  5. Didn't miss the pun, 'Living On The Frontline'! Time for a drink @ The Soul Cellar? Shall we invite Adrian, age 12 and a half?
  6. Now which of the Fair Oak skates might they be my old mate? Dougie Goodenough? Phil Spice? Or that plastic, the taxi driver one? Terry what's his name? A good night to be under the table in the George!
  7. Can't afford two season tickets but I shall take Chip as much as I can afford.
  8. I think that stability and a good bit of team building are needed this season. If, by chance, we made the playoffs/promotion than that would be a brilliant bonus. Walk before we run and patience from the fans.
  9. Play Radio, I think that they commenced broadcasting at 10.00 last Saturday?
  10. A possible scenario. Do you think that Lowe would 'work for someone'? In that ML could dump him at a moment's notice and Lowe would have no 'total control' which is what he craved.
  11. We've been living on the frontline for what seems an age now. It would be nice to see our fishy fiends suffer, but survive just so us 'pony fiddlers' can get our guaranteed 6 points a season!
  12. With all respect to our wonderful troops. With all this not happening in Pompey I have just realised that here in Hampshire we have our own Helmand Province!
  13. I have, over the years, been bought quite a few Saints related books at Christmas. Can I recommend? In That Number Dell Diamond (both editions) Constant Paine Saints V Pompey Match Of The Millennium Tie A Yellow Ribbon Full Time At The Dell All superb books, written by fans for fans. 97 days would have to be viewed as a factual account, after all, you couldn't make it up! But I would prefer to read the prequel to it. Duncan?
  14. No way, would you buy a house and agree to pay off the previous owners second mortgage on that house? Correct, in my view. SLH will no longer exist. The creditors, in accepting the pay off, surrender all rights to any future revenue streams from the new owner or company.
  15. 'Kinell! He'd fit in well on here then!
  16. Now that is superb news. I hope that Aviva and the small businesses got a good pay off and that Barclays got the square root of eff all!
  17. Suckle?
  18. What wonderful news to come home to. Onward and upward, stability with maybe a play off place this season?
  19. And entrenching views and opinions.
  20. :smt073Bugger! You gave me an 'Ali Dia Moment' there!
  21. Hmmm, I think fair play to exit 2 also, for putting Morph on the scent? The day previously. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=346713#post346713
  22. Are the Liebherr family Swiss ? Or German ?
  23. Both of them, along with Askham
  24. No he doesn't. However, he does have a moral duty to pay it back.
