I assume you mean the NBC local (terrestrial) channel ? I expect you probably know this - NBC Sports is not 'free' but it comes included with a mid level tier of digital tv service. If you get the channel then it's more than likely that you have access to the five live Extra time TV channels and all streaming live games. (To be honest, it's one of the biggest reasons we still have a Directv subscription.)

I wore an old Saints shirt for my son's footy game on Saturday and was complimented several times (including by the ref) on the current Saints team and our position. In Las Vegas, they know who we are.... NBC recently spent oodles of cash acquiring the EPL rights from useless Fox, ensuring that more people would be able to get all the games for 'pretty much' free.

Beer and Loathing brewery just completed our 50th brew last month - a nice black IPA (although the carbonation was a little off). We are starting to keg somestuff now which shortens the conditioning time and eliminates carbonation issues, and the bottling and bottle recycling tedium! Started with a Mr Beer kit using extracts, and whilst it's now a long way off what we're doing now, is a good place to start. The brew isn't going to be up to much at first but it might spark your interest and down the road invest in some proper brewing equipment - burner, brew pot, cooling system, carboy, etc. Using real ingredients like malt, grain and hops really take it to a new level. As others have said, make sure that you keep everything as clean and sanitised as possible. Let the beer condition for as long as the instructions tell you, maybe add an extra week or so too. That will work providing your TV has VGA connection but quality might be iffy. If you can, use HDMI cables. His Derek series was a Netflix exclusive here in the US.

Nice premise - Badarse vampire and virus arrives by plane (full of dead passengers) from Europe, spreading it's evilness on the East coast* Into it's fourth episode and I've decided it's a bit crummy, although the effects are good and Walder Frey is in it. *That's NYC, not Cleethorpes.

What are they supposed to do? Have a bit more gumption dealing with the crisis when it began, not starting now. They should have been strong enough to resist the bulk of the exodus (if they really wanted to keep most of them). We needed a statement and we got it. It was very confident and smooth and charming. I hope it was genuine, but personally I think it was waffle to keep the masses appeased and an attempt to deflect the anger when more players leave.

Don't think I've ever agreed with Alpine before, but this, although a little harshly worded, is about right IMO.
