It's strange, doesn't seem to matter who plays and who the manager is. But different to when I was a boy and Lawrie was manager, we were always great in December, I think he won manager of the month a couple of times too !

The most annoying thing on a night of annoying things was how in the first ten minutes Tadic absolutely took their right back, Randall ?, to the cleaners and he got booked for a foul. After his booking not once did we run at him with the same purpose and force him into another foul or two which would have seen him off ! There was a weakness and we didnt bother to exploit it !

As has been said Benteke always gets the better if Fonte, hopefully Caulker plays but I have a feeling RK will go with Yoshida !

He takes a good corner, he takes a good free kick, he's the best technical player at the club....... 'that's all I hear about him, it's all possibly true but in the hustle and bustle of a match he does nothing of any meaning. sorry but I don't see very much in him at all I'm afraid.

Bit of a shame that anyone born after 1973 can't choose Bates. Never saw a match under him but there's no way you can leave him out. Just do top 7 based on their record as well as personal recollections I reckon.

Re Tadic - as someone has already said you couldnt have rated Le Tiss much, and aren't you describing virtually every winger or flair player that has ever pulled on a football shurt for any club ? Re Clasie - yes he's been out injured, his fitness needs building up (yesterday was the first match I thought Bertrand looked back to his attacking best in all honesty after his injury) and RK should probably have taken him off at around Lallana time but there are signs of whats to come I believe and he does already offer more than JWP in tackling, forward passes and skill. Thats not knocking JWP who has improved a lot these past few weeks before anyone starts !

The defence is getting better now that RK has decided on his preferred four of Cedric, Fonte, VVD and Bertrand. So they are settling in and building an understanding. Too many changes at the start of the season week in and week out and of course Bertrand was out injured, VVD hadnt arrived and Cedric was like a headless chicken trying too hard to impress. Squad deffo stronger, first team is missing Morgan, whether Classie will become that player to replace him is too early to say !

The good thing about Brenda was that he more or less reduced the Nivea Boy to a bit part role, mainly sticking him on the bench for big games yet playing him in League Cup and Europa League etc whilst preferring Courtinhio. I'm not sure Klopp will treat him the same way by early indications which is a pity.

So we moan when the club doesn't hold a forum and invite fans to ask questions then we moan when they do have a forum because the quality of questions is deemed to be crap ! is that about right ?

Can we have a bit of fkin sympathy please ! Poor old Nathaniel went all the way up there to get these training sessions from Brenda that would make him a better player than Koeman, one of the best defenders ever, could possibly do and barely 3 months later he's gone. Very disappointed for Clyney, perhaps if he can push the Nivea boy out the way he can lick the ass of their next manager !! Hope Brenda gets an average Championship club........Preston would do !
