He is not a right back, and never will be. We have got away with him being there for a fair few games now and he was always going to get caught out soon, admittedly I didnt think it would be against Brighton. He looked good in his natural position the other night when Morgan went off injured. The only clean sheets we have kept this season have been when Murty or Thomas have been at right back, I dont believe that is a coincidence.

This is not serious surely ? We have now lost 2 games in 15.....as opposed to the last couple of seasons where 2 wins in 15 games was treated as a good run. He wouldn't worry about that, he would get the ball on the edge of our penalty area, power down the middle and end up in their box before they knew if it was Christmas, Easter or New Years Day Best box to box midfielder I have ever seen in a Saints shirt, or many others for that matter.

Ian Darke, despite being a Pompey fan has always been very very fair when commentating on the Saints, and that goes back years to when Sky first started covering football. He is one of the best commentators around IMHO and never shows any bias. I thought Minto was very good too, dont see that he was bias, he said all night that we were much much better. I couldnt believe we have waited all this time to get that 3 line letter.
