The only thing I can think of regarding Lemina is that he isn't fully fit yet and two games in four days might be too much for him.
But that doesn't excuse not picking Boufal instead of Steven bloody Davis.
WTF
Dreadful line up. Davis, why? He's past it.
I like Long but this is a game tailor made for Carrillo. Why spend all that money on a striker and only put him on the bench?????
We’d very easily go straight back up again. The resulting momentum would see us win back to back league titles. This is all part of the ingenious plan to bring Champions League football to St Mary’s.
If neither ourselves nor Swansea win our 5th round tie then it'll still go ahead as scheduled.
I think we'll have to wait until after tomorrow's matches before we know if we really are ****ed. If we win then we shoot up the league table, so Swansea winning won't really mean that much.
And no trophies to show for it either. At least Brendan got them pretty close to a league title. I wonder how long before the fans start to turn on Klopp?
There are so many teams involved in the mix that it's guaranteed some of the teams around us will drop points, so as long we start winning we'll soar up the table.
Having said that, I wouldn't be against Arsenal and Liverpool winning tonight
We have shown positive signs in the last couple of matches that he is beginning to turn things around, but anything other than a win tomorrow and I won't be changing my mind that we'd be better off without him.
As long as keep on naming full strength teams and avoid the big boys (although they seem to be the ones more likely to name weakened teams so maybe it'd be best to face them...) then we're in with a chance.
It'll probably be Man City who win it anyway.
Brighton at home
Hopefully the remaining big sides draw each other. It would be good to get rid of as many of them as possible, on our path to FA Cup glory.
