All of the Liverpool fans i've heard from are delighted at picking up Rickie for a bargain fee. Saints have acted criminally in selling him at such a knockdown price.

If Liverpool had offered a good fee i could understand the logic. Reason Boruc didn't do the lap of honour(wave goodbye) after last game was he was told he was the only 1st team player staying at saints.

I find the whole Luke to MU thing bizarre. Other than a wage rise, it seems a crazy move. They've re-signed the 1st choice france left back so he's not even guaranteed to play every week. They aren't in the champions league and may not get back into the champions league given how far off the pace they were last season.
