I would start with SRL for this one personally. He is getting back to his best and is so crucial to our attacking play. JRod hasn't impressed me playing up front on his own yet.
Great news regarding the selling of players. Still think Shaw will leave however. Keeping MP is vital to the progress of the club and keeping players.
Perhaps this shows the iron fisted Cortese wasn't running quite a tight ship as he would have let us believe.
Thanks for sharing. They do seem somewhat worried about us which is a great compliment. Reckon this game with have goals in it but lets be honest they're a great side so we'll probably lose. Its nice watching a game with little pressure and our team playing such lovely football. The form of Lambert will key in this game and I'm pleased that he seems to be getting back to his best.
New striker, CB, goalkeeper to challenge Boruc, a pacey winger/AM. An upgrade on Davis would be great too. Will we get all that, higy unlikely. Striker is the most important one.
He changed the game when he came on.
JRod is not suited to the lone striker whereas Lambert is. He'll start next game and rightly so.
41 chances is ridiculous. How many assists is it now? To think people have been writing him off. Lunancy.
He has improved tremendously this season but he was always PL quality. He's CL quality now. Englands best performer of the season alongside Sturridge. Huge player for the world cup which is crazy to say.
Agree with this Gallagher is not quite ready yet. Feel very sorry for SRL as he is 32 and playing every game and has no one else to help him in that position. He must feel a great amount of pressure being the only lone striker with only an inexperienced CF behind him. Our main priority in the summer (as well as keeping our players) is bringing in a forward to help SRL in the CF position.
