I don't care about the press. I was annoyed in someways that Pelle got 2 goals today because Koeman already has a weakness when it comes to him and this will just encourage him to play him more. He is lazy, inconsistent and generally slows down our play, gives away possession and wastes opportunities. Don't get me wrong, he can play really well from time to time and score some cracking goals. QPR Scissor kick, chelsea away this year, our second today etc... But he is a confidence player that is just as likely to hit the corner flag as he is to score most of the time. As for his laziness, it was still evident today even though he was having a good game. 2 passes before stokes goal, the ball is cleared out of the area and Pelle is the closing player. As soon as it goes to Imbulla who is immediately in front of him he stops, stands, makes a point of standing as if to expect someone else to close him down / push up, and then refuses to go the extra 2m and stop the pass.... a couple of passes later they score. All he had to do was press and that goal would not have happened. Against Chelsea at home, he gives the ball away and puts us under pressure with his ridiculous flicks and is directly responsible for a goal as a result. No amount of days like today make him worth starting atm, Long is better and Austin is more dangerous when fit. Pelle has been a good servant for the club, and as I said he can have great days, but we are team built around a solid core and then fast hard working attackers that create chances for each other... this is not Pelle. I agree that the media destabilise players and clubs printing stories. Whether that is intentional or as a bi-product you'll have to decide alone.

Britain, the country that carried democracy to the world in the modern era, is giving its democracy up. And we have a trade deficit with europe... it is not a trading or economic superpower and we would be far better off trading with the rest of the world and the commonwealth which represents a group of nations with diversified economies..... And lets not forget the thinly veiled threats of "punitive trade sanctions", holiday home taxes bla bla bla... who gives a toss? Get out, take back control of our economy, allow us to dredge rivers again, take back our fishing rights etc etc... people are brainwashed into thinking we need europe... we don't, it is the other way around completely, without us, it is just Germany and France and whole host of financially dodgy nations (simplification i know)... Anyway, the debate is irrelevant. 52% of the country voted UKIP or Tory in the last election. approximately 50% of labour supporters are pro brexit... And just look at the bi-election turn outs for UKIP that didn't manifest itself in the GE.... Add to that the fact that people are not passionately European... people simply will not turn out in their droves to vote for "Bremain" but my god they'll vote Brexit. And one final point? Who would you listen to and trust, snobby pension raiding osborne and cameron, or a combination of Boris, Ian Duncan Smith and Farage? Even Corbyn wants out of the EU and tore the "reforms" apart in PM question time before sitting down and being weak once again by saying labour supports Bremain... Far too many weak politicians with no back bone. I'll vote for democracy and to be ruled only by people that Britain elects... Not the EU. Worry about how bad the EU is for us afterwards.

Neither were fouls. Joke reffing again. And every time we get forward we get soft fouls against us. That said, we have to be better than this, we have been utter garbage. Pelle standard ****e (but no worse than anyone else), no creating in midfield. Why the hell are we playing Mane when he clearly cant be arsed. The brightest we looked was when tadic was on. With Austin and Long both injured I would go so far as to say that we fecked for the rest of the season with regards to a european dream. (Depending on length of injury)... Was that Boruc's first save at 87min... seriously. Players should refund the away ticket and travel for this level of performance. The only reason this hasn't been worse is that Bournemouth have been pretty ****e as well, and that is saying something.

Waited a bit to review this game. In summary, I think the ref robbed us: His fouls given and booking bias was appalling. Linesman flagged for a foul to us before the goal. It was either a freekick or a penalty for cahil's tackle/foul on Austin which would have made it 2-0. Also irked by how cack that goal was. Costa got away with assault off the ball. In addition, media bias has irritated me as very little of the above was actually covered. And, whilst I like RoKo's refusal to blame referees, I actually think it needs to be done in exceptional circumstances other they take you for a ride. And lately we have been ridden all the way to the local love shack. However. When all is said and done, we let chelsea's dirty play rile us up and ruin our game plan. Our players lost focus and if we want to move to the next level they will have to be more professional and rise above these things. Yes chelsea are dirty are basically dirty, cheating, diving scum (!) but we still let them win that game. Also, Pelle should never play for saints again. He gave the ball away time and time again, inviting pressure and failed to hold the ball up on all but one attempt. Playing with him really is like playing with 10men, especially when he replaces Long who is half his size and does a better job as a target man. Pelle has to go, and at this point I would accept a free transfer just to get him of the wage bill..

I think it is clear that there are posters on here with vested interests who know the people involved. Ultimately who cares, they got banned and maybe harsh or justified... I didn't see the facts to judge. As for the comments regarding clubs involved... you can see in some of the videos that there are guys in yellow and black shirts carrying batons attacking fans in red and white shirts before promptly running off when the cops intervene.... that is pretty clear who was involved and who were the antagonists. Just goes to show how people warp the facts either deliberately or through confusion in times like these... it is there in clear video evidence. Although the same video also shows a saints fan going after one of the Vitesse fans and hurling a chair at him whilst trying to punch him. If they had banning orders before, and have had these reinstated on the back of cctv footage, then I don't really have a lot of sympathy for those particular people. Sorry.

I have only seen skates on the train to London for the FA cup semi final (?) coming. Do not think they exist outside of that. In comparison. More saints fans than West Ham fan's down the bristol pubs for the saints vs west ham game recently.

Pretty ****e so far it has to be said. I don't want to knock pelle because he has done a good job for us... but he should not be in our starting 11 (certainly not on this form)... He is pedestrian, slows down all our play and gives the ball away time and time again... Replace him with Mane or Tadic second half and we'll create so many chances against what is a very below average swansea side.
