SRL has had his contract cancelled by Cardiff and is being linked with Plymouth so could well line up against the Skates next season. Having him score a few against them would bring joy to this old man's heart :-)

Jack Stephens came in from Plymouth at a similar age for a similar sum, if memory serves. It feels like the club are concentrating on signing prospects this window, which ties in with the promise to not sell any first-team regulars. With players on long contacts, we can concentrate on signing young talent rather than plugging the gaps and look to promote from within in future.

What is it with you muppets being so rude to someone making a series of perfectly valid points. I'd say he's similar in that he's clearly a big lad who likes to bring the ball forward, is comfortable with it at his feet and can pick a pass. He looks strong in the tackle too, and quick. Forren aside, we've done damn well bringing in center backs in recent years, I don't get where all the negativity is coming from.
