I think that it's pretty fair to assume that info was hidden from Vantis at the time they created the SOA to paint a better picture than the one which has come into the public domain over the past week or so. I'd like to suggest that this is fraudulent behavior by the directors of PartSmurf.

If that's the case then the phrase "cheat's never prosper" should be buried forever. I can only hope and assume that the suggested 32m is a full advance of their relegation monies and will come with some serious strings attached. Either way, this stinks.

Minor point of order, if BC is the owner of the club when did he pass the F&PP test with the PL? Surely the PL will want to be keen to be sure that they have followed all of the necessary procedures should this all go t!ts up....
