  1. Quite incredible really, I had 2 people behind me in the Itchen North slating him the whole first half and repeatedly saying he was sh*t. I had to correct them in the end only to be told he's 'only a centre mid, nothing more'. I then pointed out his vision and quality of pass for our second goal only to be met with 'That wasn't Long then', 'no' I replied, 'watch it tonight'
  2. Have to agree with this, he seemed everywhere, such a fantastic tidy player, no whinging, no moaning just does his job brilliantly week in week out
  3. That is another great looking car. The prices for old Mustangs seem to be going through the roof at the moment.
  4. That is absolutely beautiful imo, I love old American cars. I have a 1973 Corvette convertible, it fits snugly in the garage, most things I really would like are too big.

  7. Yes, the best band ever imo
  8. Absolutely love Pink Floyd, saw them in 77/78ish Animals tour, Wembley I think
  9. I have to say this did make me laugh quite a lot
  10. So this is basically an admission by Pompey fans that their team is so poor they need help from fellow League 2 teams to get the necessary points required to stay in the Football League. What a great, massive club they truly are
  11. It has to be said that Barker continually comes out with the biggest load of boll0cks ever
  12. Which one?
  13. Shame they didn't include Chambers
  14. Reads to me as 'We need money, please come and buy him'
  15. Yes - Close to the Edge Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon The Levellers - Levelling the Land Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffitti Led Zepellin IV
  16. I'm not sure they will want that, according to one comment on their forum 'Southampton and Portsmouth deserve each other'.
  17. Well that's going to ruin tonights tv then
  18. I made exactly the same point to my mate at 10 to 3 on Saturday when they were still on
  19. In my experience up till about 12 you guide them, advise them and hope that you are bringing them up to respect everything and everybody. Absolutely fantastic until the teenage years when you need to keep your fingers crossed because they turn into people you don't recognise. Mine are now 29 (son), 27 (daughter) and 25 (son) and all have left home and thank god came through their teenage years relatively unscathed. It's been hard work but we are very close, my 2 boys work with me.
  20. I remember he once came up with the idea of organising a saints forever coach to go to an away game so we could all meet each other......he later denied this when he turned into a 'lad'.
  21. There really are no words to describe just how special they are.
  22. 3 or 4 years ago I decided to lose some weight and basically this is what I did, I cut down on the food intake, had 3 meals a day, nothing inbetween and started using a cross trainer for half an hour a day, 6 days a week. I found losing weight quite easy but I was very disciplined and rigidly stuck to this.
  23. Milton Keynes must be the lowest then
  24. Surely the mistake is that that should read 36?
