GM, calling people d!ckwad, muppet, or nutter is probably not the best way of demonstrating that you are capable of reasoned debate. -

Robinson, Noah E. Robinson, and Willie Soon entitled “Environmental Effects of Increased Carbon Dioxide” – a contrarian effort that exemplifies the sort of work that provides fodder for the global warming disinformation campaign." One other thing they have in common is they are all dead; Teller died in 2003, Beckman and Abelson in 2004, Nierenberg in 2000, and Kamen in 2002. So they are really up to date with the latest developments. -
Depends on the current price of frankincense and myrrh.

This may be true, but we could well be accelerating our own species' demise. -
Global warming really is happening... (well, duh!)

It's not about the change taking effect, it's about accelerating the effect, which means that the natural processes that would otherwise modify themselves, can't keep up. Normally species would adapt or migrate over the course of climatic variation, or indeed die if they failed to compensate, but by accelerating the rate of change, mankind is driving so much more of nature to the edge. It isn't just burning fossil fuels; MMCC includes the impact of deforestation and pollution of the oceans - Rain forests and algal/planktonic blooms are important factors in natural compensation mechanisms, and we are rapidly reducing them. -

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hereford-worcester-24955436 Folk singer Roy Harper has been charged with sexually abusing a girl from the age of 12. And so it goes on........

How many Israeli Presidents and Prime Ministers were 'terrorists' complicit in the deaths of British troops ? Far too much trouble in the world today is due to wanting revenge for historical slights - real or imagined. This is why South Africa held the Truth and Reconciliation Committee; be pragmatic, acknowledge the past, but break the cycle and leave it behind.

I'd rather worry for the people dependent upon the Social Care we provide who face cuts in services and increases in charges, but you stay safe in your ivory tower with your 'I'm alright Jack' attitude. I hope that you stay fit, healthy, and in long term possession of your ( limited ) faculties, so that you don't have to fall back onto what will remain of the welfare system.

http://www.theguardian.com/local-government-network/2013/nov/11/big-council-budget-cuts-clive-betts "Between 2010 and 2015, government funding to local government will be cut by 43% in real terms, which is more than twice the level of cuts experienced across government as a whole. Recently, Cameron repeated a statement first made by George Osborne in the June spending review advising that the latest revision – described as a 'technical adjustment' – would mean just an extra 2.3% cut in the next few years. Independent experts suggest the figure is closer to an extra 10% Neither the Treasury nor the Department for Communities and Local Government will say how they arrived at this 2.3% figure. It rather suggests that the calculation is based on adding apples and pears and dividing by cabbage. I've now written to the prime minister asking him to set out his calculations forthwith." "Cameron's own Conservative-controlled Oxfordshire is planning to shut 37 of its 44 Surestart Children's Centres in direct contravention of the pledge he himself made in 2010." "What most of the media and the public haven't yet realised is that most of the big cuts in council services are yet to come. In the next six months, we will see councils proposing service closures and big fee increases in a whole range of services and that will continue over the next three years at least." We've just been told that our probable budget reduction for 2015-16 is 3 times what was originally outlined in April.

Presumably thats the LibDems and the Labour/Tory backbenchers.

I think Artur will being having a few words - he clearly indicated that Vic should pass the ball square to the right back position but instead he turned into trouble. Probably nothing more than youthful over-confidence; he should learn from this, and at least it didn't affect the result.

BT Sport to show Champions League and Europa League football from 2015

If they think that the millions who are used to watching the CL on ITV for free will switch to paying BT for it, I think they are mistaken. I 4-1 certainly won't. -

Complete dominance in the first half, hard working resilience in the second. Fully justified result, fully justified league position. Bring on Chile. -
Big team favouritism by Andre Marriner apparently.

Try to find the little boxes with the x in and click on them to close down the popups, also kill any unwanted new tab that starts up. You need to clear two or three adverts and you will then see the control bar at the bottom of the video which will allow you to expand the stream.

J-Rod, Lallana, and Lambert probably won't get a break.
