Would it be wrong of me to expect infractions to be handed out to people who are making up crap at the minute and posting it as fact?

I want a chairman who hates all football fans with a vengeance. If he spits on us, or pours boiling tar on our heads as we enter the ground, then he'd be close to ideal.

That's a good article. Legally, I can't see how the FL have a leg to stand on. They have based their decision on an accounting interpretation of things, rather than a legal one, and according to their own rules we haven't done anything wrong.

That Crouch statement is going to keep coming back at us isn't it. For what it's worth, I don't think he meant it as it came out. He wasn't saying 'we set ourselves up like this to avoid punishment', rather 'because we are set up like this we felt we wouldn't get punished'. There's a subtle difference there, but of course people don't like subtlety.

I think Gemmel is right, it needs approval by 70% of creditors. It just so happens that for most clubs who have gone into admin, HMRC are one of the major creditors. They won't sign a CVA giving them less than what they are owed, which is why other clubs have not been able to agree a CVA.

So is the scoreboard clock wrong? As I've often seen the added time board held up when there's only 88 or 89 minutes showing on the screen. I don't think there's any official rule covering when it should be held up.

The board often gets held up before 90 minutes are up.

He'd definitely ended the match well before the pitch invasion. Possibly about a minute before. Saw him shaking hands with Burnley players within a few seconds of the foul on Wotton.
