agreed. why will take points off teams this season, they're not a bad side, they're well organised. i reckon they'll be 8th this season- so the best of the sh*t teams, but the sh*ttest of the best.
-
why do we try to pass it into the net. ffs.
-
this game yes. why have defended well is all you can say. they will take points off teams around no doubt about that.
-
'a sh*t rickie lambert'. lol

West Ham at home has always been a dull affair past two seasons... They just play like aggressive ****s. I suppose it works As for the reffing- diabolical. Hasn't been this bad since Everton game at home.

Bearsy, do you think its weird how apparently our four ugliest players were Mane, Clyne, Wanyama and Mayuka? Or how 6 of the ugliest top ten are black? Also, the fact that Pelle isn't number 1? Mane can take heart in that this list is complete bullsh*t. Saints 1-0 West Ham.

'We don't make party when we win, and we don't make sh*t when we lose' 'Chips without mayonnaise is not chips' '"Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I am happy at Southampton so thank you Mauricio, I have an easy job. That is the reason I came to Southampton - to have a nice little holiday with a good team and good players." Koemanisms. Koeman- just a legend.

this is as bad as MLG's little fantasy he had last year. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?48666-Wang-Jianlin-looking-at-175m-takeover-of-Southampton-according-to-Sunday-Mirror#.VNpzCotLHzI

surely a championship team can take a punt on him? only good thing i remember him doing for us is first season back, aston villa at home, he won us that penalty which lambert converted and we won 4-1

I was reading the Daily Mail comments this morning about an article linking Harry Kane to Madrid. One of the highest rated comments was, 'Absolute vultures. Nurture your own talent for once'- from a MAN U Fan. Guess that didn't apply with Shaw.
-
that is their second half one LOOOL. That is a shocking statistic.

You've only gone and jinxed it.

I'm feeling a sad f*ck, so here goes: The number of time Spurs have this season, scored an equaliser or winning goal after the 80th minute. West Ham (winner on 93rd minute, Dier) Aston Villa (winner on 90th minute, equaliser on 84th minute (Kane, Chadli) Hulll (winner on 90th minute, Eriksen) Swansea (winner on 89th minute, Eriksen) Sunderland (winner on 88th minute, Eriksen) Arsenal (winner on 85th minute, Kane) League Cup: Nottingham Forest (winning goals scored on 83rd and 90th minutes, Soldado, Kane) Sheffield United (winning goal on aggregate on 88th minute, Eriksen) Feck me, that's 6 times in the Prem they've got a late winner! That's an extra 12 points they've got technically!

I'd like to think Jay Rod is the alternative to Pelle in that, if the target man system ain't working, then he's the pacy option off the bench. He would've been useful today against QPR's slow defenders.

Your Saints Pebble Portable Charger + Speaker. Can you make a Saints version of that!? I'd buy it! and I'd also ask the questions above^^

Deulofeu was a tidy little player last year. I suspect some of their fans will look at us and call us a 'loan' club.

Post-Match Reaction: Queens Park Rangers 0-1 SAINTS

For some reason, when put like that, I don't think we will get 10 wins out of 14. Right now, our win percentage is 58%, and 10 wins out of 14 would need us to increase that to a 71% win rate. -

Time for the classic, 'it's a sign of a big team to win when you're not playing well'. Anyways- PROS: Mane, and to a certain extent, Elia's pace very very threatening, which is good to see. Forster- that save. Morgan and Victor given run outs, back to fitness! Defensively solid, didn't seem under threat too much tbf to us. It looked like a 0-0 game, thank f*ck it wasn't. CONS: Targett getting injured. Anyone have an update? Pelle- wasn't today, no movement, very static, hopefully a one off, but he held the ball up alright, maybe that was more his job. We dug deep, got the result, and on to West Ham -
When even was the last free kick we scored? Last one I can remember will be a year tomorrow! Lambert vs Stoke on Feb 8 last year

Only worry I have is that Taarabt has a world against us to prove a point or something.
-
Not necessarily, but we do have the best defence in the league, and time and time this season the top 4 in my list have proved themselves to be a class above. I just think our defence is better than our attack, and that reflects in who my top 5 list for the season so far. I've given an opinion based on the OVERALL season, however if you asked me this question back in October, I'd probably out Tadic in the top 3. On his day, he is class. It's just I wanna see more of it.
-
1) Toby 2) Morgan 3) Vic 4) Clyne 5) Tadic/Fonte (joint fifth- cant split them) Funny how when our three best players are injured we suffer.
-
MLG. If we lose on Saturday, there is no way we could be fourth on Sunday evening- we will drop out of the top 4. Check your facts son. If we lose and Arsenal win or draw, they will overtake us, or if we lose and Spurs win, then they will overtake us too and go into fourth.

I can see BT Sport hiring up the tw*t, or maybe Sky Sports having a little father and son punditry session.
