  1. 57 years for me supporting the mighty Saints and I am so pleased that my Son and my Grandsons can witness such a display of teamwork and footballing ability.
  2. Yes. The old MLT and MC Suite is embodied in this now.
  3. Too much money at stake to risk youngsters in whole games, but give them 10 mins at the end of games by all means if we are winning comfortably.
  4. Should anybody wish to stand in a segregated area let them. Not me though, I prefer comfort these days.
  5. Signed. All the best
  6. Agree, Bournemouth & Arsenal do the same.

A very strong player but did not play well today as not match fit. Passes went astray and Jack Cork made the difference when he replaced him.
  8. I presume we can still Loan in a player with option to buy in the summer after today?
  9. But there were two other incidents that we know of.
  10. Fantastic display. You will not see a better performance from midfield that Jack Cork and Morgan gave yesterday.
  11. Always did all right for us and seemed a nice type too. Good luck to the lad.
  12. Obviously do not know the circumstances but have felt uncomfortable with this signing ever since he arrived at SMS.
  13. The first goal was one of those where you can remember where you were at the time. Liked the kit too. Have a great day Danny Wallace.
  14. I think the latter is a little unfair. If you look into David Gold's background there is a bit more to him than that.
  15. He is improving all the time but no where near a £20M player yet.
  16. THose 2 @Man City took their chances last night. They have the extra quality that our 2 just lack a little.
  17. My grandson is going on Saturday to Bath University to play for Dorset Under 12 V Saints Bath Academy under 12. He played them back in the Autumn and Dorset won 0-6 so Saints asked for another fixture. I expect Saints will play a stronger side on this occasion. We shall therefore miss the Yeovil game.
  18. That is great and we can now stuff those "meltdown" etc reports up the backsides of those reporters. Iterestingly the picture above Katharina's Statement does show the stripes. Perhaps we can get our old shirts out again.
  19. Mr & Mrs Snow senior were strong Saints Supporters and had a table in Corporate Hospitality at SMS. They thought that Rupes was great but seem to have disappeared without trace since we were relegated from the Premiership in Rednaps time.
  20. I wonder if NC wanted a share of the action ie some shares in the company. He could see that the value of the Company has increased and likely to increase further. Perhaps Ms Liebherr refused and the rest is history now. When I was working, I saw this scenario a few times especially when the CEO had substantially improved the Company and thouyght he was infallible. Just a thought.
  21. Good wishes to Nicolaand thanks for all he has done. MP can go back on his word to leave to if the players persuade him to stay We may be able to get a Chief EO of excellent quality. They come and go quite regularly in most professions. Saints will continue either with KL as Chairman or another if it is sold. It is unlikely she will want to sell our best assets if she sells, as this only reduces value If we are bought by others, they will need some wherewithall--unlike last time. We shall still be supporting the Saints and contributing to this Board.
  22. . Stoke fume as Jones downs tools Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Tue, 01/14/2014 - 06:54 Share on emailShare on print Stoke City have fined Kenwyne Jones after he downed tools on Saturday. The Daily Mail reports Jones has been fined two weeks' wages by Stoke after texting manager Mark Hughes to say he was unavailable to play against Liverpool. The Trinidad and Tobago striker was hit with an £80,000 penalty after failing to report for Sunday's game. Jones, who has six months left on his contract, contacted his manager on Saturday night to say he had no intention of turning up at the Britannia Stadium. Stoke were unsure whether he would carry through his threat but it became evident that the 29-year-old would not be playing after he failed to attend the team's pre-match meal at the club's Clayton Wood training ground. 23. The music is almost as impressive as his goalkeeping.
  24. It was a shame that he went to the wrong place at the wrong time and all that promise just disappeared. Just like Beattie.
  25. Stuart Ripley was poor but we got him in a deal with Beats in exchange for Kevin Davies.
