They're not here just to sit on the sidelines, if Gardos can get fit I'm fine with having them as 3rd and 4th choice. Gardo's played in a victory v Arsenal and Yoshida has shown he's very capable at CB not at RB though. Considering Fonte, Romeu and VVD seem to rarely get injuries they won't have to be relied upon too often with some luck.

If you think about it, in Koeman's first Season we only had Morgan and Victor in the ranks as proper tallish defensive midfielder's, now we have this guy and Romeu. Perhaps Oriol was brought in as the long term Wanyama replacement much like Austin was brought in for Pelle's impending departure. Also we had Toby that could and would cover in DM that season perhaps we see VVD as good cover for that position like TA was in the 2014/15 season.

How do you rate Pione Sisto? If we're getting Danish Hojbjerg we might as well try and get Sisto in as well as Mane replacement seeing as we needed an extra winger before Mane left so Redmond and Sisto would be good additions IMO

He clearly hasn't got a grasp of the value of contracts and the length of them. Such a tool.

Lose a manager they moan, get in a manager with a reputation of staying with clubs for the long term (much longer than usual in today's climate) and they moan. You can't win with some people.

The agent of Pierre-Emile Højbjerg has now confirmed that he's moving to Southampton FC. Great move for him, finally. Højbjerg finally gets a club where there's high hopes of a lot of playing time. Had a tough time in both Bayern Munich and Schalke. 15 euros = 12.8m atm seems all our 'bigger' signings are this around this price.

3 weeks I reckon, back for 1st of August.

TV stations and news outlets aren't people

I don't hear anyone banging on about 66 then again I rarely hang around with people over the age of 65 . Portugal for me, 2 saints players hopefully starting 1 our captain. Wales have already overachieved thanks somewhat to our talent factory production of Bale and I think they'll be happy with getting this far, if they get further we will never hear the end of it. Do you want to hear "Wales Euro 2016 winners" for another 50 years? I don't.

I would say a lot of international African football isn't a great standard you only have to look at the Mayuka signing and how that turned out (wasn't he top scorer in an ACON championship). It was probably more the European games he played and Rons input combined with ours that concluded with us signing him, not international matches.
-
We only need one CM signing and that has to be a powerful, tackling enforcer. Allen is a decent player but we have many good options in a similar mould to him.
-
Mane played in a very weak Austrian league, way weaker than the French league, he turned out to be alright albeit at much less than £25m
-
If Wales win we'll never hear the end of it from the English people who have somehow suddenly become welsh. Portugal all the way!!

Well I noticed his positioning was generally really good in the games I watched, Can you name multiple times where he's made big mistakes? Bearing in mind every player probably makes at least 1 or 2 a season. Made an awesome pass for Tadic to set up the opening Mane goal against Man City that certainly showed he wasn't "very limited" Full back is a position you can afford to be slightly limited, Gary Neville got to play at United his whole career putting in 'ok' performances. They still won everything.
-
At least they avoid all the big league winners in their group for being champions. Wouldn't be surprised if they get out of the group as runners up.
-
What exactly did Martina do wrong for the last few months of the season? I thought he was really good in the games I watched live.
-
And the Irish lads and the Italian lad.
-
The 1 or 2 to look out for are....?

Lol are you serious. You can't be.

Whoever wins between Portugal and Wales, obviously.
