From last nights first 11 (not based solely on last nights performances) personally I'd go with ------------Forster--------- Walker-Stones-VVD-Bertrand ------------Dier--------------- -------- Alli---Hojbjerg ------------Tadic-------------- -------Austin---Boufal/Walcott-------- Either with Boufal and Tadic switching between left/right/centre and Austin predominately in the middle or 4-3-3 with Walcott right and Tadic left. Sturridge is great on his day but frustrates me so much when playing for England, far too greedy/bad decision making. Rose/Bertrand too hard to call but I'll go with the champions league winning saint.

Sunderland always net spend more than us and have got back into the Prem for 5 more years than us yet have only finished as high as 10th once! The Full Backs are crucial in this system and both were superb yesterday, plus the 2 CMs beside the holding midfielder are crucial in covering the full backs when they go forward.

If Koeman wanted Clasie I would swiftly buy Morgan back and sell him to Everton. Problem with Clasie is he's decent but not much better than and a very similar player to Reed, who is a product of our youth system and should really be playing more at his age. He's never really disappointed whenever he's played too.
