Completely agree. Taking off our 'Saint tinted specs' what more can he really achieve with us? As far as I'm concerned he's given us his all while he's been here and if a CL club will meet our valuation then best of luck to him.

He's not gash, he's just an average mid-table striker who'll score around 10-15 goals a season.

There just seems to be so little fight at the moment. In some ways I'm beginning to wonder if the players do want to qualify for the Europa league. As were not European regulars we should be fighting tooth and nail for any chance to play on the European stage but, to put it kindly, our most recent displays have been listless. With it being the last home game next week I'm sure we'll get the usual boll ocks from the players about wanting to put in a good performance to repay the fans for their great support. I'd rather they kept their mouths shut and do their talking against Villa next week!

Tbh, I thought we played a lot better than we did in the game against Hull. Should never have lost that match. Personally, I'd have Tadic on the bench from now on as he's complete powderpuff, brushed off the ball far to easily and doesn't work hard enough. Not Shane Long's greatest fan but at least he gives 100%.

If somehow Dzeko was to come, then he'd be here as first choice striker. Just like Fraser Forster and Toby Alderweireld there's no way he come here if he was going to sit the bench!

I assumed it was because he thought Isgrove was more attack minded and having Bertrand their hadn't worked. Bertrand presumably replaced Targett as he's the more experienced left back.
