  1. Want to go but holding can't decide whether to gamble that it goes to general sale or not. Buying memberships could get me tickets tomorrow but don't want to give the club anymore money. Especially given the farce with the membership system and the cup final last year, was hoping they wouldn't make a penny off them this year but if we beat Wigan they'll be able to repeat the fraud that they pulled last year.
  2. He also did really well to create Sims’ brilliant shot that drew an unbelievable save
  3. Said when he came that I couldn’t give a flying **** if he didn’t score a single goal for us, if it meant he brought goals out of others instead. So far looks like he might have that ability, but he’s not gonna do it up front on his ****ing own you useless **** Pellegrino
  4. BT have announced theirs, apparently Leicester v Chelsea is 4pm on Sunday. Are they doing 1 a day? If so it would suggest we’re the Monday night wouldn’t it?
  5. Brighton heading to Old Trafford for a 7:45 kick off on a Saturday night! Glad we can rule that one out. Could go to extra time and penalties, good luck to them getting home!
  6. If he kept us up narrowly and won the FA Cup he’d be able to avoid being classed as our worst ever manager. But he should still get a gentle boot because he is simply not good enough, the tune he’s got out of this group of players is an utter disgrace.

Not delivering at all. Needs a good coach, doesn’t have one. Decision making is beyond poor, and i’m a big fan. Sad Puel never got a full season with him (without constant injuries like last year), he loves this kind of player.
  8. We competed just fine with them last season and we didn’t lose anyone in the summer. Van Dijk didn’t play in 3 of the clean sheets against them. We’ve also gained a very good CM in Lemina and a pretty good CB in Hoedt. It’s the manager, he’s just ****.
  9. Koeman in for the last 12 games, keep us up, go take the Netherlands job at the end of the season. He buries the hatchet with us, his stock returns to a respectable level in the Premier League meaning he’s got a possible job after international football, and he takes on his country like he’s always wanted to. He also gets to take us to Goodison and stick two fingers up to those inbreds. Everybody wins! Get it done!
  10. Surely at some point the fans need to start chanting against Pellegrino. At the moment we’re just going through the motions. I appreciate some see it as counter productive during the game but if it’s not going our way tomorrow it’s about time everyone in the away end started making it clear, and not through jeering misplaced passes.
  11. Nah there's plenty that you can tell straight away are full of ****, and normally I'm sceptical of all. I just seem to recall Tom28 gaining some kind of credit from the VVD debacle, so benefit of the doubt n all that.
  12. In my opinion Puel got an average squad to almost its limits (could've done better, no doubt). He did do a good job. Could've done better as I said, but surprised people don't think he did a good job, even more so now they've seen what a **** manager really is!
  13. If only, my sweet French prince
  14. I miss him every day
  15. Wasn’t Tom largely right throughout the Virgil saga? (called the transfer request about a day before if i remember rightly). Clutching onto any tiny shred of hope I can!
  16. Really painful viewing, would rather they'd just say 'we never watch the small teams so we don't have much to say'
  17. His first action was a softly cushioned header behind him, expecting someone to run onto it. Very Pelle-esque. If Gabbi and him could ever make it onto the pitch at the same time from the start of a game, Gabbi is the sort of player who would love to play off a flick on like that i'd imagine.
  18. Genuinely, leaving the Swansea game on the opening day I was perplexed by everyone I could hear leaving the ground convincing themselves it was 'better than under Puel' despite the game having been almost identical to our worst performances under Puel. But in terms of when I felt he'd had the time to prove me wrong, I was happy for him to be sacked after Brighton away, where his idea of how football should be played became abundantly clear. beating Everton 4-1 was probably the worst thing that ever happened to us to be honest, as it gave the impression he might know what he's doing.
  19. Well yeah duh, hence why Pellegrino will play him there. Minimise the risk of him being tempted to do anything reckless like playing a ball that doesn't have a 100% chance of reaching a teammate. We can't afford to carry luxury players like JWP who try and attack, it's too risky in our current predicament.
  20. Please please please can we go and get Koeman :( :( :( We've just signed a big CF like he would use, he will get us organised and give the attacking players a bit of freedom, maybe even get a win against a big side like we used to, and he gets to go to Goodison with a point to prove.
  21. McCarthy Pied Cedric Stephens Yoshida Hoedt Bertrand Mcqueen Davis Romeu JWP Reckon we'll go with this, although JWP may not be conservative enough as he does like to put the ball in the box which could result in us losing possession, and nobody wants that!
  22. Hopefully Davis
  23. 5 minutes into the game and he got nudged over and laid on the floor waving his arms at the lino/ref asking for a foul whilst Brighton broke and Bertrand would've had 3 on 1 if they'd have picked the right pass. Tadic really does not have much credit with the fans, I wasn't at all surprised by the reaction to his substitution, his approach to the game is not particularly endearing.
  24. I honestly don't think anybody cares about what happens beyond this season at the moment. We need a short term fix, regroup and start again in the summer.
  25. The only player who consistently leaves everything out on the pitch. His desire to get to the Brighton keeper ahead of the two players that were stood further up the pitch than him to close him down and almost get a goal, summed him up. Having classed his performance against Inter Milan last season as one of the worst i'd ever seen, i'm now a huge fan. In what is a dreadful season, something positive has arisen and it's Pierre.
