We seem to forget to play football in the 2nd half just like against Leicester. Kick, puff and rush.
-
Play the same team as you did against Chelski as that was no fluke. My fears are the Koemans will slot in Clasie and this is where it can go tits up, the guy is not ready just yet.

It's actually Jayrod.
-
They found a role for Jiadi as he was a popular member of the club and I expect the same will happen to Davis.

James Ward-Prowse for England? ...say that again ...

We have nobody in the England team that can whip a good ball in the box, maybe Woy see's an option for him? -
Koeman has always honored a contract and it would be amazing if we got him to sign an extension. The newspapers reports will be Jayrod to so and so when he starts scoring.

Why not look at the results as a whole? Has Saints improved since Ralph came along? yes, so surely he is part of the whole setup that's moving in the right direction?

He still is shocking........ At diving -
That might be true but the real good ones can double their wages if they moved on, that's our problem right now as we can't hold onto them.

http://thesefootballtimes.co/2015/04/14/the-southampton-fc-academy-way/ I expect this article has been displayed on here already but you've got to be impressed for the future? Any young kid that shows any promise would rather come to Southampton than any other team in the southern region. The only problem we have right now is keeping the good ones in the first team.

I wonder what our record is like after an international week? Can't help thinking the preparation is not good when they have two days together compared to Leicester who have a couple of players away.

Wanyama and the St.Marys crowd ...boo or cheer ?

So according to the sun he won't sign the next contract and wants out to Spurs in January. The little problem with this for Victor is Spurs won't offer enough and he's going to do another paddy. -
Woy is a load of schitt. When a tournament comes along he plays the ones who are out of touch and we get rolled over by good football teams. It's a shame really because we have the players but a cart horse manager that does not have a friggin clue.

Bet he bloody loves money more?
-
Three big wins on the bounce and you would settle for a draw? not for me as I want a win only to make it an exciting charge up the table.
-
Was it just me or does this kid go redder and redder by the second? might of blown up if he had another minute.
-
Indeed we are improving as a team and it's as a result of some players coming back from injury and confidence. However this Chelsea team were pathetic so let's not get too carried away. Beating the Liverpool's and Spurs are the next level we need to hit.

Was he the MOTM?
-
Need to attack Chelski from the off as they will be shaky, plus the fans will start to get on their backs. Have a great chance this Saturday if Koeman picks the right team.
-
Loved the hang in VVD goal, proper CB attacking on a corner.
-
That's the problem I don't think we will, it seems to be the trend of good premiership teams who are under pressure to give youth a chance. Liverpool, Utd, City etc would rather buy than produce there own because of the demands from supporters, sponsors and chairmen. This was the subject on Collymore (Talksport) tonight and how true it was.

Enjoy watching the youngsters, thought Reading's Waitrose had a good game, was all over the pitch.

I would take 17th with an FA Cup win. The beauty of a relegation fight is the nerves in the last month of the season gets to you but it's exciting at the end when you survive.

Very true, too much choice this year and quite frankly he is making a few mistakes. They were saying on radio 5 yesterday that JWP and Tadic had swapped roles from the one against Norwich where they both played brilliantly and they also said that Mane was playing a different position too from his MOM performance against Norwich. Why can't he pick to our strengths and stop setting up to counter the opposition.

Quite a long list of players that have come to Southampton become better players, Fonte, Bertrand, Mane, Clyne and Wanyama to name a few. It's those leaving us that don't seem to have the luck or push onto another level. The only one that really comes to mind is Gareth Bale. Lallana, Shaw, Sniderderlin (early days I know) Lambert, Lovren and Clyne, I guess it the team spirit that makes them better players and the working as a unit at Southampton. You would think the next player leaving would think twice before wanting out if it was not all about the money, what are your thoughts?
