I must admit the first training session I went too he had the back four doing press ups and he continued to shout at the players. You need someone to take the training as you cant sacked everyone. Wilkins will be sacked when a new manager comes in.

(1) Have a plan B if plan A is not working. (2) Understand how to breakdown teams who camp the team bus in the penalty area. (3) Get the best out of the team as it fields 7 players that would walk into any championship team. You get a good manager and the premiership players that can't get in the 25 squads will want to join a good setup. Imagine what Martin O'neil could bring us? Btw I have been to the last 6 new managers training session and Tuesday I'm off! hehe.
