perhaps but when we played structured football that created lots of chances under Puel that was not entertaining enough. We now play structured football without the chances. We have regressed for more than 3 seasons and I hope that Ralph can change our plodders into Desert Orchid. At least toa large degree the fans are behind him and it will take only a little improvement in our game to start getting some decent results. Watching the championship and L1 games on TV yesterday and saw the massive gulf between those leagues and the PL

I see that the EU say that theyare considering an extention. Rightly or wrongly people are hanging on to this and hoping tht Brexit fails, but what all have to understand that the EU are delighted we are in limbo as every week more business and investment leaves our shores to Europe. It is self inflicted demise. Madness of a nation

If you dont drink your milk you will only be good enough to play for Pompey could be the advert in 30years time lol

well it was very audible on the radio and the TV so perhaps you have got it wrong. Our away support is good and you just perceive its poor

Churlish. A goal is a goal, and he can keep on doing this IMO

An original door key from the Titanic made about 80k so this might be a fantastic investment once they hit the iceberg

In their opinion, they are terrifying children who think they are going to die in the next 10 years. They believe they are doing itfor us all but they are affecting peoples lives trying to press their beliefs on others.

It will be better 'project overspend' in L1, L2, Southern League

It depends if you believe they really wanted a No Deal. A negotiated deal was always going to be better. Is there any reason now then for Labour not to call an election?

The opposition had the opportunity to go for a GE. They didnt as they knew they would probably lose heavily, as I suspect the man on the street wants it done and is sick of politics. So it is not worth crying about the right and wrongs of what BJ is doing as if they really were opposed they should have had the GE.

I do recall that Liberal democrat councillor who voted against Stoneham being interviewed by Lawrie Mcmenemy (Meridian) who said about the Rose bowl would cause traffic congestion when International games were going to be played and the Lib dem councillor didnt even fathom that there were going to be Internationals there! He made a right fool of him.

Well that's not correct, the reason that shares go up when the pound falls is that our companies that make profit abroad have their earnings in $ , in theory means larger profits.

I get your mirth Rallyboy but the alternative of no deal or the utter carnage of a 2nd ref!! is no good IMO

it would be wonderful if all took that stand. Of course we will have all picking holes

The pound is obviously a lot weaker than I would be if we hadn't had the leave result. It seems to me its going at present to be a softer Brexit that logically would be the best result for most of the population if we are to leave. Hence the pound has risen a tad. As I import fom the US at times I need to £ to be around $1.60 but if i was exporting again $1.20 is great. So as in all these things there are winners and losers . America for a holiday has become a very expensive place to go now with the exchange rate as well as the local taxes and the 18-22% service charge at the restaurants.

Please go across to the Extinction thread and there you may be able to explain how vans and lorries can be electric

to a degree yes they got abuse. I definitely dont want to see people kicked and beaten by mobs. I felt very uneasy to see the aftermath as he was thrown onto the platform and the terror he faced, but it may make some these people think twice about disrupting peoples day to day lives without having consequences.

but surely you're not flying, there must be a place in Hell waiting for you, I think the term you used against people like myself on another thread. Of course you are as like the majority of the others preaching about the end of the world, you want me to change my life but not your own one
-
as an aside did you go to KE school? I wasnt bright enough but with your sneering you must have made Eton or Oxbridge unis. I didnt even go to University and so am just a proll but I have done my best to achieve something in life.

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/furious-commuters-drag-extinction-rebellion-protester-from-top-of-tube/ar-AAIUIEH?ocid=spartanntp It had to happen and it will have more tragic results as time goes on. It seemed to me it was the young who had a go not older cynical people like me. At the end you see one of them thrown off the roof. They may have got injured. They are nt the voice of the people it seems to me. They should stop playing with our lives and keep campaigning by all means but not disrupt our society

It was pathetic and took me back to the 1970's. Those people wont be deterred. It will take a decade or so for that part of the world to learn. What it did show that Mings is a decent player and whilst they were poor he looked very comfortable. A bad oversight by Eddie Howe letting him go perhaps

It maybe on the news but not invading our thoughts 24/7. Brexit will be used as the reason for any woes to beat the government with for decades. It used to be the EU but now that will be reversed. My point was though that we have Brexit fatigue and that if we are not careful we will put ourselves into recession by the indecision of the people at Parliament
