Ohhh FFS this means I will have to stay up to what SSN
-
lol, our breeding stock is a tad thin at present. sadly when the young promising players are brought in, they get slated on here eg Targett and JWP
-
Fantastic if it works
-
I don't get why we don't look closer to home. I have mentioned Will Hughes from Derby a few times, a decent prospect and I doubt would break the bank

I hope you are right (5 words)

[quote=egg;2393898 Looking at MLG's list please tell me how the squad is weaker. Also tell me which new player is worse than the player he replaced. In short, stop whining, think before you type and get behind the team ffs. Please let me know who is going to replace the loss of 22 goals? I'm all for getting behind the team, but having apologists for the clubs constant lack of ambition( that doesn't match their statements) lets the club off IMHO

if the club can see a £2m loan fee coming in, they may well go for it.
-
I agree
-
it wasnt intended to be but perhaps we all are quick to post without taking into account who is the other end. Thanks for the point out though

I think some posters should sit back and realise not all on here are adults, but perhaps just Saints fans in the school holidays. I dont know how old the majority of posters on here are but we must get young impressionable fans as well and they dont need to be goaded. This is not just to you by the way

16m according to Sky

I still would like us to buy Will Hughes from Derby.

Strikes me that Jose has lost a lot of respect of fans due to his stalling to stay

'Eventually it catches up with you' - The season the pundits are right?
OldNick replied to Saint Benali's topic in The Saints
All pertinent, but even with more 1player in, we seem to be a weaker team than we finished last season, but with a lot more games to play. I can only assume that the club believe that putting our youth players in we will be able to cope. Listening to VVD's tone in his interview yesterday, it sounded pretty frustrated and I wonder if he regrets signing the longer contract and will want to be out of the project come January. He has his career to think about and so doubt he wants to waste it slumming round the lower reaches of the league and not progressing I cup competitions. Having to nursemaid the youth players cannot be much fun and also be frustrating. -
I wasn't at the game and so can only give my opinion from the very little highlights on Motd. Austin showed why he is an instinctive finisher, His shot on goal was a vey good attempt. Defoe is still a superb forward who makes something from nothing, although Jose made a bit mistake. I heard that Targett was very close to scoring with a fee kick but it was not shown
-
oh ok thanks
-
chanting for Booze? I don't get it
-
Whilst he has had an increased contract. The thought that he may be able to get a dream move can only affect his mindset and play on his mind negativily
-
and the most likely to put a chance away
-
I didnt realise Long wasnt playing!!! His energy upfront is paramount. Surely we should try him paired with Austin
-
we always seem to be last on Motd and so Im sure we wont be disapppointed tonight
