Considering Everton have been in the top league the longest alongside Arsenal , pound for pound they must be underachievers as they have had many more goes at winning the top title more than the rest
-
Funnily enough I think I posted on here some months ago that I was told that RK was leaving and his brother was going to take over. Now that would be a disaster IMO
-
Whilst it is ultimately Koemans decision I'm sure money came into it. His wages and our compensation
-
you can argue that Emery has done wonders in European competition, but am I correct in saying his team were the only one in Europe not to win an away game last season? I'm sure that was said
-
That I'm not sure of, but Howe took them from the bottom of league 2 and win the championship befor guiding them to PL safety. A far better manager than Adkins, and his time after us has proven it
-
yep, a few years wiser and would not have the dressing room problems he had at Chelsea
-
That is nonsense,I thought Bournemouth won the championship, something Adkins never did with bigger resources. Howe is a great manager, and odes have great loyalty. I doubt he would come to us anyway,
-
If I heard correctly if I heard correctly during the Europa cup final, Seville were the only team in Europe not to win an away game this season! Something that would be worrying for us in the the PL
-
The sad thing is that RK is damaged goods by talking to Everton. The article states they will talk to others before deciding. I suspect he would have lost a large section of the fanbase by talking to them, and so his time is up with us whatever I suggest. I would like a summer of calm but not tying him down before now was a big mistake. Complacency yet again by Les and co. Although as i have mentioned before, I don't believe they get on and so perhaps quietly Les is not too unhappy if he goes.

Immigration is the one big driver to this referendum it seems to me. One thing we need to think about is that as we as a nation with an ageing population need young blood coming in to help bring in the taxes to help us all in old age. It seems to me that as the young marry and have children later we are not going to have the young come through to keep the economy driving on.Therefore Gwent should embrace the new young coming in to keep us when we are old and retired.

2) Be fair, I've counted nearly 35 of them. does that include the ones on the right hand side who look to have changed their minds and are facing the wrong direction?

Jack Travis Cornwall died at Jutland ages 16. He was awarded the VC. Many of you will know of Jacks Corner the playground at the Sports Centre named in memory of him

Stupidly I believed that if you vot to go out , you are out. I didnt realise we have a vote to go out and if so they will buckle and reform....oh and when they do we have voted to go out and so it wont matter

I would think that for security reasons the tannoy system is vital

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

Fair comment, and of course you cant do every scenario but a 5000-1 chance is low enough to make plans for. It is concerning that the guy in the US has been asking the questions and the answer was, there is a file on a shelf somewhere! I dont know his name but he has written a book warning of this issue. -

Yep a man in a balloon would bring society to a standstill, wheras we all could live without electricy. The American said that they could bring the grid system down for 3 months. -

Should the security forces not plan for all events? I watched Bloomberg some time ago and there was a man on there talking about somebody taking out the US electricity grid. He said they have little or no plan for that and was calling the people in power to sort it out as no electricity could mean chaos -
If I thought voting out would get the Eu reformed i would be there in an instant. Sadly we are dealing with politicians on both sides

my computer is slow, with a message about long running scripts. Mcafee keepsputting up warnings as well

MAKING products is the key word. We cannot be compared to China, they fund a lot of our debt, and are by far a bigger player in the world than we are.
-
So where should we be?

Ive been supporting Saints for nearly 50 years and almost as brainwashed as a lot of other Saints fans in accepting that we should be thankful for 6th place. We could afford to have a good go as we now have the extra PL riches, as well as a surplus in transfer dealings, but lets be thankful that we are punching above our weight (something I don't believe) I would add that if RK sign an extension it ould allay some of my concerns
-
the arrogance is if we believe we can do it time and again
