  1. Conversely Kruger could have said that our manager is here to stay and work the one year left on his contract. MP is not going to play his hand and cost himself his negotiating position.
  2. yep although i havent seen him wear a pink tee shirt and baseball cap before, the other one is Lou Reed , you've read it here first
  3. the interviewer was ready and very smart. Im not UKIP but he at least stayed and tired to argue unlike many politicians
  4. the antagonistic trolling has started again, i thought this had been stopped.
  5. do an Everton and say the players are not for sale, Kenright has made any business done with them is punitive and so. Clubs are not so keen to try and buy them. Liverpool kept Suarez to his contract in theory we could do the same to ours. Losing our best players would cost us more long term as everyplace in the league we drop costs us millions. Taking away the best centre back at the club weakens us terribly
  6. IMO 20 m is s poor price for him, he is the Killer of our team and would be a massive loss. He is part of the spine of the team and that is vital
  7. Lovren would be very difficult to replace. I would rather the other 2 to go rather than him. Our defence was solid and he was a leader. He was the IMO one of the top 5 central defenders in the. PL last season
  8. POL is where he'll be.
  9. This seasons kit was great, it didn't have an unsavoury block with a prominent sponsors logo on, it blended in.the sash kit was superb because it had no branding at all, I would love us to have kits without sponsors names on, fans are just walking adverts, about time we stopped buying the shirts until there is no sponsors name on them
  10. your big chance to be ITK and you blew it
  11. If the HNW fans sold up to just Robinson for example and he had over 60 percent of the shares would it be the case they could then to legally entitled to buy the whole?
  12. Don't forget Garath. Barry as well
  13. thank god your not on our transfer committee.
  14. I hope she has her mothers looks, if she looks like her dad!!!
  15. It will probably be Peter not Casper

    A warning

ok thanks, hopefully my anti virus will sort it
  17. thanks WC, if there is a sudden rush of departures and we get a second rate manager like mackay or one of the usual subjects i suggest the odds will drop sharply
  18. Not at all, but it would be interesting to see how the odds change with the betting pundits who look at things in a less biased way. I stated that if MP goes we could be looking bottom 6 but not relegated a couple of days ago. of course if we got a decent manger my hopes would increase on that
  19. Why do i want it both ways? i said if we sold players for 50m and then reinvested 25m I would be happy with that. i do not expect us to spend 25m without selling. Therefore i dont get your point sorry. I suggest MP would be sensible enough not to get the whole amount to spend, but assurances he can spend quite well
  20. anyone know what our odds for being relegated are now? To the see the odds this time next week could be interesting. I dont think that we will get relegated at this time but depending on the manager and squad it could get interesting and very sad.
  21. it didnt say about breaking promises it said about assurances about spending etc
  22. Fair point but Im sure in the back of my mind there have been times. nothing recently. I dont worry anyway as most of it is tripe, praising the players, the fans etc etc
  23. obviously not the case but if the board does not come up with the assurances and funds then they are at fault. How we can tell? either way its difficult but one way will be to see is how much they spend if the players are sold. The fact that the club knowing NC's success was causing the likelihood of approaches they should have pinned NC down sooner. To leave it in the air was similar to when Bally was left in limbo all those years ago.
  24. but Mash as its his second language the reporters can easily twist his words, this way he has time to think about his answer. Anyway do managers really tell the truth? they normally put a positive side to it
