Shame for Diallo, midfields looked better with him in it. Also don’t like a right footer at left back, but as has been mentioned assume KWP to do a job on Sarr. Nice to see Armstrong up front with an actual striker partner.

I don’t think there’s ever been a problem with this years 18’s (last years 16’s) and below. It was the ‘B team’ having to use last years 18’s which in the main messed up both teams. Some good players coming through.

Obviously it’s bullshit, but if they offered £50m I’d take it. Could use that to buy a GK, No 10 and a replacement. Been impressed with Diallo, but don’t think he and JWP can play together. Irrelevant anyway as club won’t sell him.

Ballard and Doyle sound very promising.
