Being a fairly young supporter of the Saints I haven’t lived the truly successful era’s of this club, neither seen many of the great players to have put on the shirt, which some of you yourselves may luckily have been able to see. I often hope to myself that in my lifetime we will be a great club once again, but then again with our current situation I hope we still have a club to support. Seeing the top 4 (or sky 4) dominate every year in the top tier of English football is painful to see, knowing that substantial wealth in today’s football world is the only key in becoming a successful club, knocking my hopes of us ever winning anything major in my lifetime. But I think to myself does this really matter? When I believe the most important thing for a fan is having pride, and showing passion for your club no matter what predicament they are in, and being able to tell people you support Southampton FC with a grin on your face, this to me beats any trophy in the world. I like the phrase, ‘your club chooses you’, and not the other way round, which is apparent with some people I know who claim themselves to be ‘fans’ of the United’s, Liverpool’s and Chelsea’s, who have no connection with them at all and show little affection towards them, and also never actually seeing them play at their respective grounds. These people make me feel frustrated but also glad in a sense, that they will never be able to experience what true supporters go through, which for me is one of the best feelings in the world. If I do ever get the chance to see us lift a major trophy, of course I will be happy, but not near as happy as being apart of the club that I love.

what he said ^^ ive had hard drives crash on me before, loosing tones of data (****ing annoying!). Youve got all the symptoms, could be one step away from a head crash. Back up that data!

Thanks evo ive been looking into ASUS notebooks but cant find any that really do what I want for the price, the warranty would be handy though. Weston...no! naughty boy.

Cheers stevo the samsung one looks good, really good spec given the small size, thats more the sort of thing im after because of its stand along GPU. Ill bookmark that one

Hello peeps, Im in search of a new laptop as im off to university in September. Im going to be studying Computer Games Tech (so will specialise in either programming or design). Got a Budget of about £750 (max), its gotta last for 3/4 years I guess, and needs to keep me entertained on boring, skint nights in.. Rubbish. Get a 1st at most any uni in the UK and your more than likely to impress perspective employers. You'd have to go for a ridiculously top end job only to be shuffled out of the door because of the uni you went too.

Meh dont like racing simulation games, prefer a sold arcade racer. The best racing game ive played for years was codemasters GRid, utterly engrossing, fantastic game.

I dont get it either. Unless England play champaign football like brazil or the argies we all moan. Look at the England team compared to aforementioned teams, we're a bunch of brutes and skill-less play it simple louts. Easily quarter finalists but will CERTAINLY come unstuck against a team that possesses more on-the-ball skill and finesse. Ill be happy with a quarter appearance next summer tbh.

Some of the software on show there is really impressive. Id imagine the table comes with all that software given the $59000 price tag? The tech in the table its self isnt all that impressive so not sure why it costs so much! I believe Microsoft has been pushing its own touch table for a year or so now, albeit with less impressive apps' than on show in that video!

im moving away in september so cant, but just like last season ill be at every hand i can make it too, home and away. I didnt have a season ticket last season but only missed 2 home games, ended up giving the club more money than if id had one!

it just means we wont be using our own web format anymore, but a generic one instead like loads of other FL clubs. You have to pay to see most of the stuff on other clubs fli sites so i dont see this as good good news..

Why would you even post this? You'd have to be a total spastic to actually believe whatever monkey it was that told you. "OH OK! WOWZ I CANT WAITS TO SEEZ THE ROBZ STEWERTSSSS", did it go something like that? I wish I had contacts so I too could start made up threads on internet forums to get attention. Were you pilled up when you thought this one up?

Certainly looking more positive now Surely we will have a football league side to watch next season then ay? League 1 doesnt seem that bad at all after all the worry of the last month. Keeping my fingers crossed.
