Donald Trump has rushed to cancel his lawsuit against the BBC because the BBC has started investigating his businesses finances as part of discovery.

Genuinely one of the funniest things I've ever heard, and I hope the BBC continues it's investigation.

A Federal Court has again blocked above ground construction on Donnie's Big Beautiful Ballroom until Congressional approval has been granted. It looks like the Supreme Court are going to have to rule on him again.

The Judge in Trump v the BBC is also adjudicating a second case involving Donnie, in which Trump and his family are suing Capital One and other banks for closing their business accounts. The banks claim they did this because the transactions from Trump et al triggered their anti money laundering policies.

In most governments, at least not banana republics and dictatorships, the President having loads of bank accounts closed for money laundering concerns would be quite a big story.

The networks and papers should joint fund a similar page for senators, congressmen/women etc with a leaderboard you can filter for bribery, sexual offences, lying, corruption and how crooked their backers are.

It's not just thick racists. You can also be a greedy, self serving, arse kissing narcissist who claims any kind of public welfare system is communism, to manipulate thick racists into voting against any kind of tax or environmental policy.

Not sure if you're being serious or fishing.

The tariffs have increased prices on the shelves, destroyed thousands on export businesses, disrupted supply chains and acted as a tax increase on both US consumers and far beyond. The reason Bezos and other kiss his arse is because it’s a shield to hike prices and Musk supports - sometimes - because the X business model depends on mobilising the base of extremists who follow Trump and other movements globally - AFD, NF, Reform, Restore. The billionaires for Trump are logical. People on welfare wages who have lost their medical cover and seen their household bills skyrocket - rather less logical but white supremacist populism is very expensive. 

Orban losing hit them fucking hard though as he was pumping a lot of corrupt funding to CPAC and similar vehicles for populism.

Impact of his, Kushner’s and Ben’s war on pump prices? Higher prices than was ever the case under Biden even at 2022 peak, $4 a gallon.
