Airside shops in the UK that ask you for your boarding pass when buying non-excise controlled goods (when there's no legal requirement to do so)... Just so they can reclaim the VAT for themselves (rather than passing on the saving to  applicable customers). Gits.

Surely these days most of them aren't "reels", rather they are "fakes".
