Paulwantsapint81 Posted Saturday at 14:52 Posted Saturday at 14:52 Before today when was the last time saints were losing at 90 mins then went on to win in normal time (not extra time or pens) ? Has it ever happened? Remember v Newcastle 95 0-1 to 3-1 but think equaliser was 86min
Lighthouse Posted Saturday at 15:10 Posted Saturday at 15:10 Millwall away in 2012 must be a contender, although I don’t remember the exact minute of the goals.

Bolton in the cup but that involved extra time. Edited Saturday at 15:17 by Gloucester Saint Cup, not DUP. What is my autocorrect doing?!

Having had a quick look - '85 and '88 but it's actually ridiculous the number of late goals when we play Millwall. 2003 - K. Davies '90 2006 - Fuller '90 - BWP '90 - DMG '90 2010 - Trotter '90 - Lambert '90 2012 - Henderson '86 - Feeney '90 - Lambert '85 - Lambert '88 2014 - Pelle '90 2023 - Fraser '90 Considering we've only played each other in the same division for four years since 1990, that's pretty damn weird. 4

Stud mark of doom Posted Sunday at 08:30 Posted Sunday at 08:30 Is the upshot that we’ve never done it before? I can’t remember one where we were behind on 90 mins and completely turned it round. Incredible start to the season

die Mannyschaft Posted Sunday at 09:41 Posted Sunday at 09:41 Unbelievable end to game makes a change that Saints keeps battling till final whistle. Interesting to see how many goals we let in after 90 mins last seasons, must be half the games.
John Boy Saint Posted Sunday at 18:00 Posted Sunday at 18:00 Can’t be bothered to look it up but Newcastle midweek at the Dell 0-1 down, last knockings of the game, Fat Lady clearing her throat, days of Teletext 30 second refresh (Solent was hard to get in North Hampshire). Oh - 1-1………..2-1………..3-1……..FT!!! Wow! Next night South Today overlaid the match video footage with Radio Solent commentary - poor chap must have needed hosing down at the final whistle!
Badger Posted Sunday at 18:04 Posted Sunday at 18:04 Wasn’t Brighton away in the L1 promotion year a very late show as well ? Can’t recall the times of goals though, equaliser might not have been after 90 minutes though.

Pamplemousse Posted Sunday at 18:30 Posted Sunday at 18:30 The one against us was Middlesbrough in 2004, Redknapp's first game. Their first (Higginbotham own goal) was in the 89th min.

IIRC, he’d ‘roused’ the team (a pretty good squad really) but telling them they were nowhere near good enough.
