IronCitySaint Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago In Boston now. The weather is freaking awful - 16C and raining. The same for the whole of tomorrow so conditions should suit England, but it will be horrible in the stadium for the fans. There is not cover of any sort in the stadium. England fans are in good voice in the Irish pubs around the city. The Scots just left and managed to put traffic cones on the heads of all the historic statues in the city! The long journey to the stadium starts at 10.30am tomorrow. Come on England. 1
SNSUN Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Definitely a strikers tournament. 2 for Mbappé, 2 for Haaland tonight. 1

Dark Munster Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Imagine if Leeds-born Haaland had chosen to play for England. Sigh.

Yep born in England, raised in England parents take the pound they take English education then turn their backs on the country that made them first chance they get to play for the counties their parents fled from or passed through. Absolutely zero gratitude from these people. And people maintain immigration is a good thing!!! 3

She had a tragic end thought to be due to an undiagnosed brain condition . She also featured on a Led Zeppelin track Battle of Evermore.

I thought he moved back to Norway before school age with his parents when his father retired from football?

Haaland, yes, grew up there for some time there and loves the town he lived in. Olise just saw the stacked French team and he's been pretty consistent with his upwards trajectory so France was a no brainer. Semanyo - in fairness I think he was always aiming for Ghana.

Had some addiction problems I heard. Never did like that Trevor Lucas, a very complicated relationship from the outset. I Always saw her as a sort of Fotheringay (name of their group IIRC) figure, comes over in the song of the same name, equating her situation to that of Mary QOS.

In my mind it was over long ago, but these world cups have been ridiculous Ronaldo doesn't even look like he's playing the same game as his team mates any more. Messi now spends 90 minutes wandering around yet still always manages to be wandering in the right place at the right time 1
