  1. It's not going to be the effing Northern Ireland manager. It's not. Don't worry about it.
  2. Actually no. I have. This forum. All the bloody time.
  3. Jesus Christ. Obviously it isn't. I've never known hysteria like it.
  4. I think you need to start accepting that the most mealy mouthed stuff will be coming from Boris and the leading leaving lights.
  5. The only thing I've checked is the £350m claim and any suggestion that immigration is going to go down being comprehensively disowned within less than 24 hours of the result being declared. The brazenness is almost admirable - you can almost hear them laughing at the poor sods in Hartlepool and Boston and Basildon who swallowed it all. The elites have absolutely smashed this. The only real shame is they didn't promise to build a monorail as well.
  6. The masterstroke that will ultimately see Dennis Skinner in the Foreign Office.
  7. It was pretty obvious from early on in the campaign that Boris didn't really want Leave to win, he just wanted Boris to win, and put himself in an unassailable position with Tory grassroots to lead the party and be Prime Minister. Narrow defeat, status quo, friends again, jolly good. Like Corbyn a year ago, he's found himself in a jolly awkward position of winning something he really didn't want to, and then having to, like, do the thing now. Cameron walking out yesterday was his masterstroke (within a cluster fu ck of his own making). Boris - go on clever ****, sort that lot out. I can think of no better old Etonian boffin to bring hope to the run down towns like Boston and Hartlepool. They'll be dancing in the streets there in, what, three years time? Or maybe sooner when fix-it Boris starts sorting it. Hopefully they'll each get one of those new £350m schools and hospitals. Maybe in week two or three.
  8. And listen to an entire season and all next summer of people saying "what was Les Reed doing, fannying about and not tying our manager down, we've been weak and walked all over it was obvious his contract was running down we didn't even try etc etc etc etc" People like you.
  9. Moody's have downgraded us. Weird, they can't have read all those Facebook lists explaining how nothing has changed and everything is actually fine.
  10. When does the establishment, big business, the bankers and vested interests stop running the country? I've been looking forward to that bit since 5am yesterday.
  11. If Mane was at Leicester they'd have already sold him for a £20m release clause.
  12. Stuart Rose said my wages were going to go up. When does that kick in please? I'm off for two weeks in August so would be in handy to see it in my payslip after next.
  13. I have just enjoyed watching Dan Hannan on Newsnight conceding that free movement of labour will continue in the future almost identically as before (pretty much the Norway model) and Suzanne Evans denying anyone ever said that £350m a week would be spent on the NHS. 24 hours and 45 mins after the polls closed. But well done you on calling bullsh it because it's already looking like bullsh it.
  14. We don't know the ins and outs - for all we know SFC agreed that Garcia could bring in the additional coach but that he still must find a role for Sammy Lee and he's refused that (or, probably more likely, we stuck to our guns and said we've got the England goalie coach, that's that, you don't need yours). It's difficult but there has to be a degree of "how much do you want this job?" as well. If it's not to be then it's not to be.
  15. Would be lunacy on an epic scale. We won't do it. Giggs can toddle off and get a job he doesn't deserve to have somewhere else like Forest or Blackburn or Fulham or anywhere else.
  16. Pretty much Norway then. Anyway, the effectiveness of the deal will be inversely proportional to how much Farage likes it. This is all so 2018, so apart from a couple of Andrew Neil maulings on the TV to whoever is Prime Minister is, no one is really going to remember or care who said what in 2016. And the elites will get on with running stuff just like forever.
  17. If this guy doesn't work out early the club are going to regret blabbing out the likes of Pellegrini to the media. Fans won't forget who we "turned down" or who we could have had if we're up sh it street in October.
  18. That will be the jist of it. But whatever deal we do requires those various stakeholders to be able to walk away with a good deal. Long way to go. Spoiler alert: Farage won't like the deal we do. Especially if it is Prime Minister Chukka Ummuna doing it.......
  19. I think they both will be tricky. The "countries won't cut their nose off to spite their face" point of view seems to come from a position that everyone, ultimately, will just accept whatever GB wants. It's arguable we have today "cut our nose off" and we now move into multi lateral negotiations where we will be making concessions: that £350m new school and hospital every week might not quite completely actually happen entirely.
  20. Made up lazy lying journalists scum making up made up lazy lies made up by lazy scum?
  21. That doesn't actually make sense. It's also true that during the Scottish referendum the Better Together side said that an independent Scotland wouldn't be in the EU and would have to apply and wait to join - ie vote stay to stay in the EU. It's not quite panned out like that now. Not sure she'll go through with it but she is justified in asking for one now.
  22. When does Brussels step in and tell us to vote again and again until we give the correct answer? Because that's going to happen isn't it?
  23. I think it's mainly about how we've approached Gerry Francis.
  24. They should give it away to one person through a electoral roll lottery every Thursday afternoon. If I won it, I'd definitely spend it on building a hospital.
  25. ....aaand that's the one I've been waiting for this morning. Jexit. Just reported that a couple of Labour MPs have raised a motion of no confidence in the bearded cretin. Out. out. out.
