Only about six hundred times better than our away kit. I pray to God that we have a traditional yellow and blue one next year.
-
Their kit last season was good too. Shame they have such an awful sponsor. Proper old school kit done really well.
-
I'm looking forward to hearing MLG explain that green and blue now could be our traditional away kit because who knows we might wear green and blue away kits for the next fifty years.
-
Don't particularly like it, and the fact other clubs have also announced green away kits means it's just a bit of a fad industry wide, like the great cream/beige craze of the mid nineties.
-
I plan to be wandering into Pubs on random Thursdays and asking at the bar "You showing the Elfsborg v Legia Warsaw game, mate?" Possibly while wearing a yellow and black Elfsborg jesters hat.
-
I'll be green with envy of anyone that sees it before me.
-
That is a fu ck load of football most of people will have no interest in whatsoever.
-
Our thoughts are with Sapphire at this difficult time.
-
Or someone like Sadie Mane. We might go for someone like that.
-
This. We should always have black trim, this is what should differentiate us from yer Stokes etc. Annoyingly that's a Saints kit all day long.
-
I'd agree with that.
-
They rarely have proper local derbies on Boxing Day anyway, certainly not in the last 20 years. Local-ish matches but not derbies. Liverpool vs Wigan/Blackburn/Bolton/Stoke but not Liverpool vs Everton.

Balcan Lawrie Sanchez.

I know you desperately trying to build yourself up here, but his summary is precisely what you say in your opening post. Stop kidding yourself that you've said anything other than the cringingly obvious.
-
Apparently you need to be really "bright" to understand this incredibly complex point.
-
This. Not this. Basically, we're not ever going to become at regular Champions League proposition and as far as I'm concerned, good.
-
"The point" is you've realised we're not going to win the Champions League. "The point" is also that the rest of humanity managed to work that out eons ago. In some cases the pi ss taking is completely justified. That's "the point". Are you "bright enough" to get that?

I plan to protest against this initiative by immediately purchasing memberships for me and all members of my family. That'll show 'em. Are you with me, Colinjb?

Italy's most successful club of the 20th century,[23] and the most successful club in the history of Italian football,[21] Juventus have won the Italian League Championship, the country's premier football club competition and organised by Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A (LNPA), a record 31 times and have the record of consecutive triumphs in that tournament (five, between 1930–31 and 1934–35).[39] They have also won the Italian Cup, the country's primary cup competition, a record ten times, and becoming the first team to retain the trophy successfully with their triumph in the 1959–60 season.[83] In addition, the club holds the joint-record for Italian Super Cup wins with six, along with AC Milan, the most recent coming in 2013. Overall, Juventus have won 58 official competitions, more than any other team in the country: 47 domestic trophies, which is also a record, and 11 official international competitions,[84] making them, in the latter case, the second most successful Italian club in European competition.[85] The club is fourth in Europe and eighth in the world with the most international titles won officially recognised by their respective association football confederation and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). That's broadly comparable to our FA Cup win in 1976, I'd say.

I think they got in the Champions League final recently.
-
LOL. Poor old SOGGY getting a right pasting.
-
This initiative will not enable us to "compete at the highest level". FFS.

Would be interested to know which away games you've not been able to get tickets for, because I (as a non-regular) have and plenty of away matches have made it to general sale. I'll avoid saying the majority have made general sale but I'd like to see the facts. It's a lot.
