  1. Says Mr "toys out of pram". Well done.
  2. You could call it toys out of pram. I'd call it shock and respect for a fine manager and man. But hey, fu ck him. Could all work out lovely, eh?
  3. Adkins being a success didn't make sacking Pardew a correct decision. It was a stupid decision. Equally this is a stupid decision.
  4. He is a spanish football expert, I don't question that. But those tweets could be about anything....couldn't they?
  5. This is vague...could be talking about something completely different, couldn't he? Sent from my GT-I9100P using Tapatalk 2
  6. That is a very good point, and that was a ridiculous situation. I guess Brum being skint might have ramped up the pressure on them, and I guess the refs feel the pressure to keep it going once the match starts. If the game starts, you'd assume it will finish come what may.
  7. Sky won't have a say. If it gets called off it will be about roads and pavements, and the Police/SCC/whoever won't be swayed by the Murdoch empire. The fact it is a night game makes it dicier. But its days away amyway.
  8. Well, I am tired. I have a five day old and a five year old to deal with at the moment while mum revovers from a c section. You can tell they are all asleep/at school now because I am relaxing by mocking Wes Tender with cheap gags.
  9. I've said all that needs to be said on the open and shut case of whether or not we need undersoil heating. Turns out we don't. I notice you aren't debating this issue but simply commenting about me. Which if you want to do that, be my guest.
  10. Not strictly true. He was upset we didn't fall over ourselves to keep him. The likelihood is he would have gone anyway -City offered far more than we were prepared to pay him. The "Askham didn't try to keep me" story gave him a lovely little guilt avoidance angle. If his time at MCFC was a rousing success I very much doubt he would have been saying he never wanted to go there.
  11. This has been done to death. If the weather actually gets so cold it freezes the pitch, the game would already be called off because weather that cold would make the roads/pavements too treacherous to allow the game to go ahead anyway. So not having u/soil heating is a perfectly good idea. So shut up.
  12. ...that is what he said more or less. What's the problem? If they want to stay up, losing at home to a team like us is a disaster. What is the problem with you people?
  13. That's our catchment area fu cked then.
  14. Why would WHU want to swap any of their players with a League One team like that?
  15. High praise indeed.....
  16. Can I be the first to complain about the completely anti-Saints bias shown by the BBC in the Everton post match report.
  17. We're staying up now you slags. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
  18. We've got a chance of getting something from this game which mathmatically equal to the chances of Man United getting relegated.
  19. Correct. We clearly need to strengthen in the "it's far too early to judge him, give it two seasons and you'll see" department. We need two or three hot prospects for 2015 in NOW, we can't wait until the end of the window.
  20. I've been saying for months that Gaston needs a Cleber Chala/Imants Bledelis alongside him. Let's hope this guy is a sh it enough player to fulfil the role properly.
  21. No worries! Too many layers I think. I needed someone to get it quickly before the mob buried me under a barrage of "how dare you compare him to Steve Wood when he hasn't even played" outrage... Note to self: lay off the puns.
  22. I made a joke but I don't think anyone will get it. David in Sweden didn't but then I didn't put any of it in bold. It was only a stoopid pop culture pun anyway. Oh well, this bird has flown.
  23. I've been reading up on this guy and as far as I can see he's nothing more than a Norway version of that centre back we signed from Millwall in the early nineties. Isn't it good...
