Fingers crossed. I for one wouldn’t miss his gormless arms out wide in disbelief pose after another one goes in off his back.
-
I reckon he’s a moneyball signing that Ankersen has been tracking. Probably has all the physical attributes and Saints feel the technical attributes can be improved, here or out on loan.
-
JWP was completely non committal about his future on media duty yesterday, thank god we sorted that contract last year. If he did go, I’d bite your arm off for 17th place.
-
Would prefer an experienced GK to come in and be number 1 from the off, but that wouldn’t be very Saintsy. Good luck to the lad anyway.

Jesus wept

Yes please. Experience and leadership - just what we need next to Salisu.
-
Not sure we can expect an "experience" when we have a PA system that can't be heard by 95% of the stadium.
-
Interesting move. Wouldn’t be surprised if the owners have an eye on one of the new coaches stepping up if/when Ralph is sacked 10 games into next season, assuming we’re struggling.
-
If we’re sacking the backroom staff (rightly so) then we’re sacking Ralph too. I can’t see him being in charge for the new season, just my opinion.
-
I would take anything under 5. The thought of Mane and Diaz running at Bednarek and Salisu isn't too comforting.
-
Sander Berge cdajfu
-
What we need to do: clear out the coaching staff (including Ralph) and half the squad. Bring experience and leadership into the squad. What we will do: none of the above.
-
Shows how shit we are that Everton will likely now finish above us.

Ange Postecoglu or Steve Cooper

Relax everyone, I did one of those score predictors this morning and basically entered the worst possible outcome for each fixture, we end up staying up on goal difference above Leeds. You're welcome.
-
The first half was dreadful. Burnley must have been delighted when they saw our fairies show up, a guaranteed 3 points.

SAINTS FANS SUPPORTING FOODBANKS - Saints v Arsenal

Seemed to be doing pretty well when I walked past. Keep up the good work! -
Or alternatively, the most popular name on the back of the shirt I saw at St Mary’s today was 7 Le Tiss. Same as it always has been I suppose.
-
That was shocking and should have been 9 or 10. Tactically all over the place from 1st minute to 90. Ralph loves it here and will retire when he leaves Saints… mainly because no one else will touch him with a barge pole!
-
Fucking woeful.

Personally I'm not swayed by people's opinions on twitter, and care very little. However I get that others are more influenced. Still a legend, I feel lucky that such a genius on the pitch spent his entire career playing for my club.

Prutton was talking about the linesman incident on a podcast I listened to recently, very amusing. Seems like a good bloke, certainly not from the robotic personality school of today's players.

'Biggest stupid thing' - Redknapp on joining Saints

And he’s clearly so bitter about it, which is hilarious. -
Yeah they still do away season tickets at Chelsea so there will be some away fans at St Mary's.

Pure unadulterated limbs. f**k off Conte, f**k off Son, f**k off Spurs what a win.
