Worrying. The squad is so thin. Relying on Tella and Smallbone because one regular starter is injured doesn’t bode well. Hopefully this is a wake up call but I doubt it.

Spoke to Nigel Adkins once when we were in league one. He was exactly as he seems, plenty of cliches but hugely positive and friendly.
