Sorry to hear that

If they do it as well as Box Park (@ Shoreditch High Street station), then it's a brilliant idea to get new, interesting shops started. No different to a fixed 'market' I guess in reality, but just looks better and no packing stuff away every night

A nice cost saving. To be honest, I'm not fussed either way - it's a nice enough country to visit occasionally, but I really couldn't give a monkeys if they disappeared into oblivion. Fed up with almost every single Scottish person I've ever met having some stupid, pointless, boring anti-English chip on their shoulder. They can sod off. We'll no doubt see them back in 5 years begging to be saved ...

What do you buy, one loaf of bread a week?

Guardian article Imagine if, after Anders Breivik's carnage in Norway last year, which he claimed to be in defence of the Christian world, British people were repeatedly asked whether they supported him? Lumped together in the same white religious group as the killer and constantly told they must renounce him, or explain why we should believe that their type of Christianity – even if they were non-believers – is different from his. "It's nothing to do with me", most people would say. But somehow that answer was never good enough when given by Muslims over al-Qaida. And this hectoring was self-defeating because it caused only greater alienaton and resentment towards the west and, in particular, its foreign policies. I don't go with this at all. His style of journalism is no different to the "other papers" and media he's denouncing, it's an opinion that is easily argued against. So, has he asked a load of "Christians" what they thought? I don't think he did. In my opinion, I would argue that if I asked a group os Christians, as they were leaving church, what they thought of Breivik killing people to defend the Christian world, they would say "ooo, that's wrong", "oooo, he's evil" etc. Not many people would say "meh", I'm certain of that. I don't go to church, nor am I religious, I would just say "Bloke's a nutjob", like I think all these utter divs beheading people are. So no, I don't buy this argument at all. -
I like Long, seems like a good honest pro - someone who is the polar opposite to who we've seen leave the club in recent times and the sort of player that the fans have been moaning that we didn't have, in terms of mentality. I like his style, his hassling no nonsense approach which also happens to be bloody quick. The fee was what the fee was, because Hull didn't have to sell, simple as that - I don't have a problem with that as we've got a good player who is good enough for a first 11 start, won't moan when he is sometimes the "option off the bench" and who crucially, wants to see out his 4 year contract here and hopefully show everyone what a good player he is. Maybe we'll get a couple of cups on the way!? The first FA cup since 1976 would surely be making history here!!

Thanks - just looked a very nice, well measured pass!
-
Nice calm finish, but the pass was even better - who was that?
-
It is - Sainsburys do free delivery over £100 - if your weekly shopping is less than that, I'll be staggered.
-
My first reaction too - brilliant!!

Tesco is just a a horrendous shopping experience - I hate their supermarkets (because they are just hideous experiences with bad quality food, because they focus on non-food), I hate their local stores (for exactly the reason BTF says; driving local independents away) and I hate their petrol station stores (because it means numpties block up the pumps for 30 minutes to do a f**king shop.

HMRC are a weird org. I had to pay extra tax last year at the end of the year. They sent me a letter to tell me this, probably 6 or 7 times within 2 weeks. I paid on receipt of the first letter. I then got a letter to say it's been paid, again, probably 5 or 6 times, each in a different format. I then get a letter saying it's not paid. I phone up, they apologise and say they'll send a letter to confirm it's paid. They do, another 3 times. I mean, seriously? I've got them all - what a massive waste of taxpayer money

I think I love this guy already. His massive smile when talking about Tadic and Pelle and that we'd taken the best players from the league - love it - couldn't care less or not if it's not true, I got a warm and fuzzy. -
Whoever came up with the 'Sadio Mane' chant to Radio Gaga is a genius - I've had it in my head all morning. Definitely one that should catch on - simple, distinct and not the usual chant.

Great transfer window in my view. It was a shame we couldn't keep the same team, but it was obvious (I think) that Pochettino's clique weren't good to have around at the club. Think they've all gone now, so hopefully no manager clique and they'll grow together as a larger team instead of a few stand out individuals. Top half finish and a cup final now please

As expected, what a load of utter drivel and sh*t!
