To be fair, I hope they've spoken to many managers before coming to a decision. He asked the question! I actually thought Roy's response was alright - it was honest. We're not a big club, will never be a big club and if we keep 'making' such brilliant players, they'll be picked off by the big clubs. It's nothing new! At least it means we'll (hopefully) not get in a financial mess again. So Roy was right, I thought so anyway.

I think Chambers' only "problem" is that he goes one step too far with the ball. I think he needs to look to play the ball earlier rather than risk riding that last tackle.

I loved watching Koeman as a player, in a fantastic Dutch team - would love him to be appointed! Definitely someone for Shaw and Targett to look up to as well
