Desperate to keep Leeds down here and beat them next season. Swindon are nothing special and realistically it is between Millwall and Leeds for the automatic promotion spot.

Your opinion was based on an incorrect report of the interview. Therefore it is not valid. However, i'm pretty sure that seeing he probably hasn't signed anything, he's just using his head or has been told to use his head, and told to keep quiet and say the usual "we'll see in the summer" crap until he actually signs. It's so much easier on everyones part that he does that rather than saying "Yeah, sign me up Pards" and Pardew getting asked about Antonio. He says stuff like "I'm playing for a big club. I couldn't ask for anything more. You could see me playing for Southampton next season (That imo, is as good as fact, seeing as he says it with a huge knowing smile on his face.)" I suggest you watch it. Not just listen. Body language is much more telling than spoken language. I can't guarantee it but it will happen.

Well seeing as i'm pretty sure it was one of Cortese's contacts that put us onto Waigo in the first place and not Pardew, I imagine it was Cortese who is in a position to agree a price with him.

Pardew won't be deciding prices though will he? A price would have been agreed, it is now down to whether Pardew wants to keep him and whether Papa would like to stay.

Do you know anything about Football? Seriously? Nearly every single club is a selling club. Manchester United are a selling club. Southampton Football Club are a selling club. We are in League One ffs. We however have the ability (because of our backing) to dictate prices but when a price is matched then we become a selling club. If Lallana wants to go, as long as a price can be matched then we will sell. We are like pretty much every club in football a selling club if the player wants to go. Name me a player that has been kept at a club against his wishes, especially one in league one... Name me a club that is not a selling club...

Did it. Not that I take anything from this nor do I believe we will win every game (which is what I put us down to do) but had us going up on goal difference. Huddersfield to drop 2 points at Brentford Saturday, lose to Colchester and Millwall. I don't believe we will do it, but I do believe if we win all our games we will just scrape in.

Probably one of the best left backs in the league tbf and yes I included Harding in that. Very close between the two of them i'd say. Dickson however is Brentford's main attacking threat, like Bale was for us. I'd be surprised but delighted if we did sign him. If only because it would mug off my Brentford supporting house mate.
