They don't have a leg to stand on in a legal sense as its restraint of trade. For any club that really wanted TT it wouldn't be difficult to get past that.
-
I thought exactly the same thing, it was obvious what they meant. What barber goes on Twitter to say they'll miss their client for the next couple of weeks, most people wait longer than that between haircuts.

Appalling show of commitment from our players

I don't give a sh!t anymore in all honesty. I'm tired of stressing about things out of our control. Put simply if they aren't committed then they can ***** off. I'm a big fan of Cortese but by god are we paying for over promising when we signed them. -
And than doing well in the Dutch league for that matter....

Im not interested in selling my support. I am a SAINT FOR LIFE

Admirable, but I'd transfer list you -
What activity specifically would suggest that?

Hold your horses. There's still two days before it even starts, and 4 days before England's first game.

I agree. I would hope that he is experienced enough and have enough close personal relationships to be able to put together a strong coaching team whom he knows will compliment each other.
-
Purely speculation on my part, but I wonder what odds of Clarence Seedorf being involved in the coaching set up with Ronald, given that he's just been sacked by Milan. If reports that Gio VB will be staying at Feyenoord are true then there are a couple of coaching roles to fill.
-
Confirmed where?

He sounds great!

Sorry, I missed the speculation we had enquired for Bony? I would be very surprised if we had. That aside though, it wouldn't necessarily mean they had been unsuccessful, clubs make numerous enquires throughout the season.

We could also do a lot better IMO.

Regarding the potential appointment of Koeman, I'm erring on the side of 'positive caution' for want of a better term. He has a certain stature that we undoubtedly require to steady the ship however his track record outside of Holland is questionable to say the least. If he is to be the new manager, I thank my lucky stars we haven't opted for the likes of Garcia, Dyche, Mackay or Lennon. Feyenoord also have one or two quality players who could certainly do well in the Premier League.

Agree with all of that until your very last paragraph. For me the the jury is so far out on Ralph etc I can barely see them in the distance.

This. He needs to grow some balls damn quick! There's one thing allowing a special individual in his twilight years to have a last swansong but it seems he is offering that up to every saleable asset. I'm seriously concerned...

No, its not

Supposedly Moyes has been seen at the ground. Have no reason to think its a wind up.

Same contact who told you we were appointing Poyet?

Good to see the focus of progression is being intensified across the club, just not in the areas we care about. #sarcasticsmiley http://fcbusiness.co.uk/news/article/newsitem=3182/title=southampton+selects+green+4+solutions+to+build+new+crm+strategy

Its no surprise our players are seemingly looking to jump ship. They were all sold, in reality, a pipe dream of playing Champions League football by Cortese. I'm a huge fan of Cortese, but perhaps this was reckless in the long run and set people up for what we are experiencing now. That said though it is worth noting that it was necessary to attract the likes of Lovren and Wanyama (and Osvlado) and indeed instil the fearless ambition amongst the squad. Having tasted what might have been, as well as international recognition the players now have they firmly believe they could and should be performing regularly in top European competition so can you blame them for wanting to follow that dream that was ignited here at the start of the season. Poch did a great jump and I'm gutted he has gone (to Spurs of all clubs) however it is vital we move on now. I will be interested to see how he gets on at Spurs, particularly as we keep hearing the belief he gave the players that they could 'beat the top clubs and be on a par with them'. I wonder how the prima donas of the Spurs squad will react to his underdog mentality. I would suggest he will need to tweak that and it represents the first time he will be expected to win. Does anyone else have a horrible thought of Cortese ending up at Spurs in place of Levy or even Baldini who is supposedly on the brink? I've been very critical of the board to this point, but they have the biggest decision of their futures on their shoulders now and there is no margin for error.

Joe Batchelor @Joe_Batchelor 2m @MYNewsAgency have had an exclusive chat with Murat Yakin in the past hour. That is all you are getting at the moment. #saintsfc

He's not going there.

Don't worry everyone, we have our coloured badge and stripes back. I thought actions spoke louder than words Ralph.....currently I can't hear either!! The one decision we had to get right/lynchpin we had to retain and we seemingly have been unable to convince him.
