  1. ****ing ****s, sometimes I ****ing hate football.
  2. It doesn’t matter if it was Cortese or Marcus but the fact was they talked about their plans and ambitions. Gao has a dodgy past, he’s borrowed the money to buy the club and he hasn’t said a word about why or what his plans are, who’s going to pay the debt off and how. All we have had since he’s been involved is player sales and a slide down the league, you need to have rocks in your head not to be concerned.
  3. We will keep some players but I expect it will be the **** older ones on high wages that stay because we won’t be able to find a buyer. We will probably have to sell the likes of Targett to pay Carrillo’s wages. Hopefully they all have relegation clauses, no one seems to know. You would think it would be done by default nowadays.
  4. £5mill is too cheap but someone on here said he was on 50k a week, we might have to sell if our finances are bad enough. It all depends on Mr Gao and his silence so far is not exactly encouraging.
  5. We may be ****ed financially so I doubt we will even turn down an unreasonable fee.
  6. To be fair Lowe sacked him early December which at least gave the next manager a bit of a chance to change things. Wigley was a worse appointment but keeping Pelligrino on until after the window shuts and letting him blow £20mill on one of his mates - then sacking him has to rate as the worst decision ever made at SFC.
  7. Wow! Really?
  8. Sell best players = football not as good
  9. Would be fantastic if Roma come back to knock the scouse ****s out but I can’t see it.

No, but obviously being better at English improves your communication skills.
  11. ... for about 10 minutes, then City start to massively swing our goal difference.
  12. I guess some are more effected by immigration than others. There is plenty of ignorance among those who favour mass uncontrolled immigration regardless of its consequences.
  13. As it stands they still have to produce a programme, looks like they are voting in June wether to change the rules or not.

To be fair he came in at a ridiculously late stage of the season and took over a team devoid of confidence and a pretty horrible set of fixtures. If he keeps us up he will have earned the right to be here next season without a doubt.
  15. Agree, you can't trust Arsenal away from home. I think we need to be at least a point above Huddersfield going into the last game to stand a decent chance of staying up. I would take them needing to beat Arsenal but if they only have to scrape a draw then we're in the poo.
  16. It's unlikely but the bottom 10 could look like this going into the last day, a right royal rumble: Palace 38 Southampton 38 Bournemouth 38 Watford 38 Brighton 37 Swansea 36 West Ham 35 Huddersfield 35 Stoke 33 West Brom 31
  17. True. Can work the other way though, if they all mess up then it should give our lot a boost.
  18. Massive result yesterday but it’s still going to be tough. 4 points should hopefully be enough but one good thing is that we play Everton at 5.30pm so should have a better idea if a point is any good or not at kick-off. The City game is a right-off so we need 4 points from our next two on the road so it’s a big ask.

He’s showing that if we had even a half decent manager since the start of the season we wouldn’t be in this mess.
  20. **** me that was tense!! Great result, start of the great eascape?
  21. Signing Lambert was not a gamble, he had already banged in 29 goals in the same league for Bristol Rovers the season before.
  22. Guess what, it is all over.
  23. To be fair, all the Saints managers seem to pick him then drop him.
  24. I think any deluded idiot that thought it would be a good idea should be top of the redundancy list. I've been to a few of these and the idea of it taking place after that shower of ****e gets us relegated is bizarre. They could always rename it the End of Season Shame Awards, and give prizes for the Worst Attempt at Goal, Worst defensive decision, Most Overpaid Player etc. With a special "Les Reed' Award for the worst managerial decision in the history of The Premier League.
  25. Don’t you mean after the clubs ambitions / financial constraints changed NC jumped ship along with the other rats?
