  1. I very much doubt Koeman would have took the job if there wasn't serious money to invest in the team.
  2. We can only judge after this season. I have a horrible feeling Reed is going to try and just use the young players instead of investing the cash, to try and appear to be the model club (future of English football) and all that crap. The focus should be of staying in the Premier League, it makes no difference to me if it is with a team full of kids or 11 foreign mercenaries brought in for top money. Of course if players like Targett, Reed, Gallagher etc come in and seamlessly replace those who left Reed would have been proved right. Only time will tell. If KL wants to pull £50mill out the club that is totally up to her.
  3. The good news is Reed has signed a contract. The bad news is this is what the club meant by new signings.
  4. Hope it's career ending.
  5. With Lovren gone we are starting to look very weak. In my opinion the minimum we need to sign is a keeper, a left back, at least one centre back and a striker before the season starts.
  6. I doubt the Bournemouth end will sell out.
  7. Some interesting points but weird that they complain about the fog of war yet fail to mention the other evidence, like the rebel's blog saying they had shot down a plane which was then suddenly removed. And the video of the rebels at the fresh crash site sifting through the wreckage saying stuff like "sh!t they are all foreigners". Any investigation should be led by the Dutch and Malaysians to ensure there is no hidden agendas.
  8. Don't think he is better than Boruc, derisory is as high as I would go.
  9. Well done, I'm proud of you for that. It looks like you may be learning something - you actually looked at the evidence and made some sort of rational judgement based on it. Has to be a first.
  10. If anything the fact that the Ukraine government are using aircraft to bomb makes it more likely that the Russian Separatists were targeting aircraft and shot MH17 down by mistake.
  11. Paranoid as well as delusional, think you need help mate. As you the points you made on this thread. If any of the qualified airline pilots on here think that MH17's flight path is cause for suspicion I would take their opinion seriously but me commenting on your uninformed opinion is pointless. Every airline pilot and air traffic controller in the World is free to comment on the flightpath in the media, if there was anything suspicious about it we would have heard over and over again.
  12. I'm just putting your posts into some context. You don't look at the evidence and make rational judgements, you have some agenda inspired conspiracy in your head (usually anti American/Israeli) from the start and desperately try and twist facts to suit.
  13. Oh no, the good news didn't last long. Instead of hanging up his boots as well it looks like the fat scouser is going to replace Gerrard as captain… http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28413295
  14. You thought the Lee Rigby murder was an elaborate false flag operation carried out by the UK government, despite the fact that the guys were seen doing it, filmed doing it and admitted doing it on camera whilst covered in blood holding a meat cleaver.
  15. There must be someone better than Liverpool after him, I would rather flog him somewhere else for less than sell him to them c*nts.
  16. Humans are right w@nkers when you think about it.
  17. Hasn't shown his club form often enough for England and was sh!t in Brazil.
  18. I would put money of Ward-Prose having made his England debut by this time next year. Maybe Jack Cork as well.
  19. Giving away Lambert for £4mill was a ****ing joke. An England international, involved in 46% of our goals FFS.
  20. It will be interesting to see how he gets on. He's obviously a decent coach but I have a feeling our players were better than many people thought last season and an 8th place finish was not really over-achieving. We had a settled side with some top players, had a great team spirit and made some great (and expensive) additions. Plus we were lucky with injuries. Would be funny if poch leaving us turns out to be like moyes leaving Everton and he was in fact holding us back.
  21. Looks to me like most the people of the Ukraine want to be part of the EU and Russia can't handle that fact so are trying to grab what they can (like they did). Backing the rebels in the east is part of that and this tragedy is a direct result.
  22. Russia has a lot to answer for, the situation in Ukraine is completely their doing. If there was any doubt as to who was responsible for this tragedy it has disappeared after Russia's rather timid reaction. They know they have f*cked up because the rest of the world just cannot ignore the situation and do nothing whilst passenger jets are being blown out of the sky.
  23. Not sure there is anything odd about that, there is plenty of variations in the flight paths. I think it shows quite clearly why the flight might have made itself more of a target.
  24. It's not just losing 3 players though is it. Most importantly we have lost our manager. Lovren and Schneiderlin will probably go as well. Osvaldo and Ramirez clearly don't want to be here. This summer we needed to get rid of the players that are not good enough and build on the squad but we have done neither so far. A few good signings and I will change my mind but at the moment (which is all we can judge on) we are not good enough.
  25. Top 3 Chelsea Man City Arsenal Bottom 3 Saints West Brom Burnley Promoted Reading Derby Fulham If we make 4 or 5 decent signings before the season I may change my mind, at the moment our squad is way short of what we need to stay up IMO. The spine of our team has left or is leaving, our top scorer is injured, players we wanted rid of are still here, and others who are here clearly don't want to be (Osvaldo, Ramirez).
