  1. Great news, looks a quality appointment.
  2. Some interesting insight into what could have caused it on http://www.pprune.org (professional pilots rumour network) whee there's a thread looks set to rival the great pompey takeover one. This poster seems to know his sh!t: "CNN have totally bought into the new theory that the plane was tracked on radar into the Straits of Malacca and that it was last radar-fixed at some as yet undisclosed location roughly 100-200 miles northwest of KL. This certainly points to one of two scenarios being more likely than others: 1. The pilot, having lost much of his guidance, was attempting to make a visual return to KL. One must then ask if moonset and local weather (something we left behind when it was assumed that the search would be much further north) played any role. METARS for relevant stations might be useful now. 2. Hostile elements, either terrorists or misguided pilot(s) were in control of the aircraft and the postulated track would suggest a terror attack planned at KL which after all has some of world's tallest buildings. One might then ask why anyone would plan such a thing especially at night (it would be approximately 0330h to 0400h local time if any terrorists managed to execute such a plan. As either of these seem somewhat difficult to believe, we might then consider a third option, terrorist hi-jack with known landing point in Sumatra, explaining the low-altitude flight path in an attempt to evade primary radar. This even keeps alive the possibility that this plan has been successfully executed but in which case, why no announcement or demands? Most likely outcome, but not by much, is that crippled aircraft made desperate but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to return to KL and that evidence of this will eventually be found."
  3. That looks like a fake, there's planes vanishing and popping up all over the place. Here's what flightradar24 has now http://www.flightradar24.com/data/airplanes/9m-mro
  4. Some expert on Radio 5 alluded to the Malaysian and US authorities knowing more than they are letting on. Searching in a completely different area to where it was supposed to crash or something. Very strange, planes don't just disappear. It is weird searching the Malacca Strait when it seems to have gone off the radar heading out the opposite way, I suppose one scenario could it was hijacked and shot down by the Malasians or US to avoid another 9/11 then covered up to avoid any issues with China.

    Ukraine

I think Ukraine deposed its president by taking a vote in their parliament after he was having demonstrators shot.
  6. Andrew Mitchell got hammered by the police for calling them plebs, the idea that politicians can freely go around doing what they want regardless of the law is nonsense. There is always people in the police, the media and the establishment out to get them whoever they are. If you are famous you are a target, politicians especially. People will always abuse power, you will always get low life in high places but the idea that this is the tip of some massive idceberg is far fetched IMO.
  7. I disagree, whilst people obviously abuse their power I think being high-profile makes getting caught more likely. There have been plenty of famous people dragged through the courts recently for historical offences that would never have seen the light of day if it wasn't for their fame.
  8. Saville used his power to get away with his crimes but that doesn't mean there is a higher proportion of nonces in "the establishment" or whatever you call it. It's a crime that transcends class.
  9. There's probably plenty of Jimmy Saville types around your local council estates.
  10. Of course it's not just entertainers and DJs but my point still stands. If you are famous or in the public eye for whatever reason you are more likely to be the target of malicious false claims, more likely to get pulled up on historical stuff and more in the attention of the media
  11. If Lambert had played as bad as Rooney did that half they would have been banging on about it for the last 10 mins.
  12. Garbage so far.
  13. True, but the rich and powerful are also more of a target for false claims and more of a story for the media. Fact is, if you had touched someone up in a nightclub 30 years ago you probably wouldn't have much to worry about. If you were a world famous DJ however you would be sweating like a Ukranian tank driver.
  14. I've just started a similar type of thing at work, makes sense because they chuck some money in as well. Can't help thinking I'm just throwing my cash down the sh!tter tho, there's bound to be another crash soon so I will probably get 20p back for every pound I put in.
  15. I really don't get your point. Paedophilia is as bad in all areas of society, the idea that the establishment has a particular problem with it is absurd.
  16. It's one of those crimes that is carried out by all sorts of people, the idea that there is a paedophilia iceberg in the establishment is bizarre. It's just the famous/high up pervs are the one's that hit the headlines.

    Ukraine

I agree that it's bound to get messy, nothing will change the fact that the majority in the west will want to be closer to Europe, and nothing will stop Russia wanting control over certain parts - something's got to give. We just need to stay out of it altogether.

Fair enough, certainly a better reason for invading than we had for invading Iraq. Seems like the best outcome for everyone would be a Ukraine split in half. Let the west have their links to Europe, let the side who prefer Russia go to them - everyones a winner. Not sure why that Bald headed ***t Hague needs to get involved.

I've said what I think earlier on thanks. I don't really give a sh!te because it is nothing to do with us whatsoever. It's just a load of **** waving by the Russians, the UK and US have invaded enough countries so are in no position to take the moral high ground.

I wasn't disgusted, just amazed anyone over 12 years old could be so detached from reality. I have raised the point again because, despite you comments being in bad taste, you have yet to admit how wrong you were on both cases.

Of course you can. How's your Boston bombing false flag theory getting on?

    Ukraine

LOL, from the person who thought Lee Rigby's murder was one big false flag staged by the government. "look at the hands, the hands!, where's the blood?!"
  23. We function much better as a team with Davis in it.

Couldn't give a sh!te what Russia do to be honest, it's nothing to do with us. They have more right to invade Crimea than we did Iraq.
