  1. Nope, team coach usually.
  2. Delldays spends all his time locked in tubes with seamen ... arf, arf.
  3. As mind numbing Saturday night entertainment goes, it's right up there. Surely some people on here must have recognised last night's bloke (Ryan?) and the girl from Eastleigh (Amanda was it?).
  4. I still can't work out why Benali would be so desperate for cash that he would be prepared to move out of his nice house in Chilworth just to let Cortese live there for a bit.
  5. I'm pleased that nobody has trotted out the blinkered cliche about him only wandering offside because he was too fast for everyone else.
  6. Being offered £350 for a stolen ipad is pretty good going.
  7. How is the battery doing Baj? How long is it lasting from a charge? I take it the hair can't be easily removed?
  8. To be fair, when he refers to signings, I think he's referring to signings with ' significant fees' which are actually disclosed. O,r in other words, signings which offer clear evidence of the owners putting their hands in their pockets or evidence of our reported large trust fund.
  9. Has agreed terms with Celtic if the dodgy Twitter is to be believed.

    laptop

Does it come with its original windows 7 / windows 7 recovery cd? Are you willing to reduce the asking price yet?
  11. They are not official merchandise. They were being flogged from a box by a man on the street who resembled SRS.
  12. Another case of an OP with seriously impaired reading comprehension skills, or just a desperate, attention seeking and, ultimately, inaccurate thread title. Either way, the ironic clap goes to Red Bag today.
  13. LMAO; you should shout this from the rooftops to all the idiots that camped out overnight. Option A) Spend all night in the freezing rain. Or Option B) Go down at half four and get served immediately. Brilliant!
  14. You got a massage and yet you're still complaining?
  15. People already queuing this evening at about 6pm when Jordan Sibley left the stadium according to his twitter.
  16. Because those may turn out to be things they said in hope before the bids started coming in and Chamberlain decided he wanted out?
  17. Richardson was definitely poor and he could have been sent off for that tackle on another day. He hoofed the ball to the oppositions at times when he should have made more of an effort to find a team mate and he made some mistakes defending. Gobern had his worst performance in a Saints shirt. He gave the ball away cheaply at times, fell flat on his arse at others and was even standing completely still while the rest of the team were breaking away on occasions. Puncheon's touch was rubbish too on occasions today; not just his first touch, but also his control whilst dribbling and his shooting at times today. Whilst Chamberlain had his moments, he too was poor in places. He should have scored early in the first half, but his poor first touch took him too far to the left and gave him a rubbish angle to shoot from. At times he was too keen to hang on to the ball instead of passing it. Saying that, if Guly had passed to him later on, Chamberlain may have had a goal. I don't think you can say we were simply unlucky as there were some poor performances today also. Still, let's see what happens next week before we all hang ourselves. I genuinely think we were dazed a little by the resolute County midfield and defence.
  18. I couldn't advise somebody buy any form of netbook if they wish to do any sort of Word or Excel work on it. The screens and keyboards make anything that quick on the go editing where there's no alternative a complete no go.
  19. I've had two of those cars from new. I loved them. Under 9 seconds 0-60 and even when hammering it around like an idiot I could average 43mpg. On a long motorway journey, it's easy to get 55mpg or more. Road tax was only £120 per year. Maximum torque is at about 2000rpm which means the in gear acceleration is excellent. You can generally plant your foot whilst cruising and it'll pick up speed very rapidly. Often, a lot of petrol cars will require you to change down gears in order to increase revs and hit the power band. Be careful though. When I sold my last one in 2008, they had picked up a reputation with boy racers and insurance companies though. Despite being a 'low' insurance group, some insurers were blacklisting them apparently. You should very carefully at the ownership history and see whose hands it has been in. Some of them will have been really thrashed. http:\\http://www.briskoda.net is the main online owners community.
  20. Neither. HTC Desire = iphone for about half the money. HTH.
  21. I can't believe that people expect ticket prices will be,or should be, as low as £20 for this one! I'm expecting £30 and will be pleasantly surprised if it is anything less. Being a season ticket holder, my ticket (and hopefully my actual seat) is guaranteed, but it's this sort of fixture which reminds the 'pay as you go' fans of the need to make sure they get their pruchases lodged against their customer number. It's not guaranteed obviously, but there's a fair chance that the 'general sale' tickets for this game will initially go on sale to fans who have attended one or more previous games and you will need to be able to prove you've done so. It's worth stressing how few tickets might make it to general sale once season ticket holders have had a look in. Some real quick maths based on certain assumptions such as 12000 st holders and Man Utd receiving a 15% allocation means that we could only be looking at about 3600 tickets left if ST holders are allowed a 'plus one'.

    Billy Bragg

When trying to claim that Billy's house is a sign of his own financial success it may be worth bearing in mind that his wife is a successful interior designer. I assume the property is as much a sign of her success as his and lots of info about it can be found on her website http://www.devalerodesign.com/
  23. But you still watched it right?
  24. Has anybody done a funny joke about lots of the Brighton fans being homosexuals yet?
  25. To be honest, I think it's time we abandoned post counts and replaced it with a status which shows how often people actually go to games. I'm not sure what having made 15000 posts on teh internet does to help the validity of somebody's judgement on a particular player. Having owned a season ticket for eight years probably gives somebody a more informed judgement. Starting posts with "Having listened to the game on the radio ...." on the other hand ...
